biggest disappointments were
- new year's eve. AKD rocked, and no offence to the organisers but the music after 12:00 at main stage made me leave.. and there was no alternative. that was followed up by some very dodgy rock in the chillout tent which kinda ruined the mood. there really should have been a proper psychill DJ for new year's sunrise, it was such a beautiful day.
- the lack of mastercard!!!! only 2 stalls accepted mastercard, one was closed all of new year's day, the other never seemed to have cash to be able to give out. coming from overseas, with a small withdrawal limit on my card, it made it very difficult to get by and forced me to borrow money or go without food...
aside from that i had a brilliant time. i honestly couldn't think of a better place in the world to have a psytrance party, the chillout nets (including the one in the middle of the water) were so so good! (btw this was my first UP so i can't comment on previous location)
texas faggott on mainstage was simply incredible, so many fucked up people on the dancefloor  but what happened to the chillout set that was supposed to be at 10:30 am on day 3?? that left me very sad, i could only speculate that he was passed out on the beach somewhere 
also, i don't think i can get enough of alien mental. i wish i had met those guys, they blew my mind. |

Great video! Really cool.
Seems to have been a great festival.
Looking at the images of the beach and the sunny weather, and then looking outside the window makes me wanna cry 
I'm tired of this cold weather!
I want it to be August, to be under the hot sun of BOOM

Well, it was quite a unique and special experience, with all the good things and the bad things, because that's what life is all about.
Let me share with you the pictures I took:

The water problem was not that bad, considering how far from civilization the place is, and that the festival was packed, I had trouble with the heat and humidity, but only because I'm in bad shape, so it's my fault only to have missed several good performance because I had to rehydrate in the shadow for hours ..
Thanks to the organizers, putting up something as huge as Universo Parallello cannot always be perfect, but the experience and the memories that last are invaluable !! |

The festival itself and location amazing
However YOU NEED more SHADE TONS MORE MORE EVERYWHERE I got burn also trying to buy tickets for water vary inneficient people would take so long and more toilets and shower aside from that I see you next year! |
