Ultimate Psytrance capitals of the world

So..cities which have spawned amazing artists of the past and present which have easy access to the greatest parties and festivals...These are just 2 points of evaluation add more if you like  I want to hear what the true bastions of psychedic trance are.
Let me start with a few:
Cape Town - Psy hub of S.A ...nay..the whole of the African continent. Has spawned loads and loads of amazing artists such as Shift, Frozen Ghost, Zion Linguist to name but a few. Access to many great small to medium sized festivals, as I can see from reading the SA section on Isra. Moreover, the weather and lifestyle seem to compliment the scene very well and the scenery must be a bomb. Psysafari anyone?!
Hamburg - Extremely influential psycity. Just think of the contributions to progressive psy......the Spiralallianz/Delta/X-Dream/Midi Miliz faction for example. Or Mapzta bloody Mapzta. Or more recen´tly Neelix/Psytrain and and and.....
Easy access to some of Europes greatest festivals such as Full moon, Voov (VuuV), Antaris, Fusion...all within +/- 2 hours drive.
Melbourne - Australias Psycity number one!
When I used to live in Sydney I sometimes got jealous of all the stuff going down there. Many great artists such as Pondscum, Sensient, Mr. Perculiar and and and......(if im not mistaken). Great layed back psytrance compatible lifestyle.
Ok now you guys.....I want to hear...which is the Scandinavian Psylopolis n0.1? Gothenburg maybe? What about South America? Lets hear about San Francisco! And London? Well London is a hub for just about any kind of music.
Also tell us something about Thesaloniki maybe 
And.....of cause I left Tel Aviv for a true ISRAtrancer to talk about.

Moscow- huge psyscene.....allmost all russian artists from Moscow
lots of parties here.....!
Tel-Aviv - dont think psy city....because all nature parties are not in Tel-Aviv area....Israel is small country
so its not matter
but great artists from Tel-Aviv....Astral Projection, Chakra, MFG,California Sunshine,Tandu(Oforia), Har - El, Sandman, Xerox.....and many more
Beer-Sheva(Israel)......lots of artists
Triac, Misted Muppet, System Nipel, Psycraft.....and many more
Haifa area(Israel).......
Infected- Mushroom, Cosma(rip), Violet Vision(J.Viewz)
Dark Soho....and many more

CAPE TOWN !!!!!!!! Beautifull Locations, killer people .. wat more could u ask for !?!
About Japan .. Osaka is amazing !! The crowds seem so full of energy and happy .. not sure about tokyo .. but have heard really good things

In the US:
San Francisco without a doubt! Though, they've been having problems finding venues lately... The biggest US label, Geomagnetic, is based in SF. Every Wednesday for years now, there's been Synchronize, a club night. TONS of artists come from the Bay area, Fractal Cowboys, Xyla, Ghreg on Earth, Chromatone, Random... Lots of great people too. And, another bonus, is that all the people looking for just a crazy time have plenty of other, and more suitable, places to go (tons of hip hop and 'rave' type stuff going on).
New York City is the other trance capital of the US.
Also, smaller but still strong locations are Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; Los Angeles; Atlanta, Georgia; Austin, Texas; Cleveland, Ohio... (I know there's more...)
its a big country, lots of great stuff going on in little pockets. Everyone has their own way of throwing parties, too. No 2 locations are quite alike! The scene in the US is still pretty small, so most of the people you meet at parties are really cool, and there for the right reasons (Read: not just for a weekend in 'space'). It always makes me laugh to hear people complain about _____ being commercial and played out in every party, when its still far underground in places like the US. On that note, I hope the US scene NEVER gets big.

in southamerica for me it would have to be Brazil. It's hard to pick out a city because most of the parties are in remote locations. Bahia i would have to say is my favorite location in Brazil, beautiful beaches and palm trees.
In Bolivia there are nice parties as well, near the capital of La Paz. Great Vibes, small parties of 500 people or so, up in the mountains. Great weather for meditative zen stompin
Cuzco Peru has some parties as well. The couple times i have went i really didn't like the vibe to much at the parties. Not to say that Peruvians have bad vibes, just that at these parties i really didnt enjoy as much as i usually do(the stench of la cocaina was dense and the atmosphere was pretty heavy). But the location is incredible. Once again up in the Andes mountains like bolivia. Machu Pichu is hiking distance from Cuzco and the city has a fun nightlife. Which seeing Machu Pichu is a must for any backpacker that travels through southamerica . AND the girls are very friendly also thats always a plus.

Have a listen to the new Freakfactory, do you really feel the same about that one as about the first ones? Anyways, Örebro rocks during the summer.. Not many parties around here anymore but we usually have an annual midsummer party here to keep the vibe alive
anyways, imho the psytrance capitals in the world would be Moscow and Tokyo

Viewing by the frequency of events Belgrade is quite busy. Every weekend you can find from 2 to 4 parties ,but the quality of the mainstream psytrance parties is questionable. The underground scene is present, and still once in a while you can find something interesting. Around 2000. and before the situation was far better.
Also the majority of Serbian projects come from Belgrade, like Alternative Control, Species, Prosper/Manibus, Pion, Freaked Frequency...
