the hype is growing and the weather is looking to be fantastic for feb 3rd this weekend, even within a large scale radius. Itll be great to see everyone and I think this will definitely blow up beyond expectations.
and its good to have my lazy ass finally register under my own name instead of mindoutpsyde. from now on that name will be for only event listings/booking/event announcements. word |

wow this sucks...
FoxSports: "The reason for no Super Bowl this season, it's a money dispute between the cable company Mediacom and the owner of the local CBS affiliate, Sinclair Broadcasting. The problem is Sinclair wants more money to broadcast on Mediacom cable. The CBS affiliate has been off the air at Wartburg College, as well as the rest of Eastern Iowa since Jan. 5."
Right now neither side is budging and only more and more people are getting upset as the Super Bowl draws near. I'll be honest, I'm fed up with this dispute. I can't remember missing a Super Bowl, it's been apart of my life, ever since I remember rooting for the Bills against the Cowboys when I was six.
From the word on the street, they are planning on putting attennaes on the roofs of each of the buildings to try and get CBS. But its still not enough.
This will be my first year without a superbowl, with a good fucking excuse. We are going to party so hard on Saturday ladies and gentlemen, hard to the MAX. I am leaving everything on the dancefloor, and i have a feeling everyone else will also...

wow that does suck..... the local cbs affiliate will be lucky if the place doesnt get torched sunday night...
Lots of Bears fans around your parts and i doubt they will take to kindly to some greedy tv exec jackass, keeping them from the superbowl theyve waited for, for what 16 years?
hoping something gets worked out
that aside, looking forward to the sub-zero temps outside and a scorching dancefloor inside..
