So you compare a concentration to a whole country... hmm...

Anyway... I think it's distasteful. I don't think many of the jews who were imprisoned there and is still alive would approve of this arrangement.
-those and the ones who lost family members in that place are the ones they should ask before arranging a Skazi pop fest on top of precious and important history like this...

I definately wouldn't take this gig -but do whatever you want. what do I know...

there was Tsunami in thailand and there are full moon parties there...there are many such place around the world...also there have been many parties in mexico at the Inca sites...well the Spanish inquisition killed nearly all of them...Death and Torture only make human life seem more important that what it really is..as a result tyrants and rulers are able to justify their need. life goes on...whether one person dies or millions

This is stupid playing with human emotions.
Why not then amusement park in Auschwitz??
Or orgy on your mothers grave?
Because people like you and Skazi exist, Holocaust was possible in a first place.
Its best to forget everything right?

Don't really see what the problem is, I mean the world has changed. It's rather difficult to find a spot on this planet in which something sick hasn't taken place. Don't live in the past..

Life goes on guys, no sense living in the past.
there is big difference between forget it or accept it and live with it.           to use your head you have to go out of your mind

The full moon festival holds its venue at an old NAZI air base (later to be taken by the Russians). They used it to bomb half of Europe. There are so many places in the world that witnessed horrible things, but are now in positive use.

The thing that I am most suspicious about is why is this question raised now? Parties have taken place there for the last couple of years and nobody said a thing. Bloody

true Genije....politics seeps through everything....including your ego...you are considered a good citizen if you are patriotic towards your community/country etc...i think respect and honor are over rated...people die like trees and insects....a colony of ants is built over other dead ants big fukin deal!           When death comes to your doorstep, make sure you are alive

do you realy think that there are places in the world that have no marks of cruelty, humiliations and woes of the past? we just need to remember it and dont let it return...
but when it comes to exact place or gig we need to think in a rational way. as i see from this topic that place was already in use by many gigs so what the trouble if skazi would be the next one?           Spiritual guides are to practice and serve in ways that cultivate awareness, empathy, and wisdom.

Certain monuments have an important function as a physical reminder of the past. This is different than an aircraft hangar. This is place of death and torture. I personally would never attend an event such as this. History has a way of seeping into mortar and staying there.

"Stomping on graves" has never been such an apt phrase as in this instance.

i bet the people who died there would have been happy to know that an israeli would be giving a big concert there in the future...           «They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night.»
