Lately I have noticed that some tracks almost make me cry out of happiness (Some would call it being in contact with the Kundalini energy-field), because of an element in the track that is so brilliant that it becomes timeless, here are some examples:

1. The melody in the beginning and the end of “Prayers for Rain (Dub Mix)” by Bluetech, and the riff .in the middle…
2. The ethnic sample in Smoked glass and chrome by Ott… This makes me especially crazy… ...
3. The melody in the middle of Mi-Loony-Um (A Floating Butterfly Stings Like A Bee Mix) by Ott (a remix of Hallucinogen)
4. The ethnic instrument used in Ya Bouy remixed by Shulman…

Anybody know what I mean?
And does anyone have examples of their own?

Doof ::: Balashwaar Baksheesh on the Eclipse @ Twisted..

Back to the days I began listening to chilled beats..

Everything is good in this track.. And I used to have thrills in the nape when you can hear the people shouting..

Huge..

An Ending (Ascent) by Roger Eno - must've been listening to it for 15 years now but it still has the same effect on me. The most sublime ambient melody ever written IMHO ...

Also 'figments ...' (chilled mix) by digitalis - my god, pure beauty ...

'Snow Runner Sun' by Freedom Tygerstar on the Magnetic Blue comp (interchill) also comes close, as does the Spooky's Xylem Flow mix of William Orbit's 'Water From a Vine Leaf' ...

by heart, of most recent stuff, the best tearjerker i can think of,
is the closing track* on the "Between Worlds" album
by Don Peyote and Rezin,
first release on Invisible, distributed by Interchill, i thought...
(* no titles on the cover)
the three other tracks are deep ambient, perfect for rituals,
but track 4 is beautifully melancholic and soothing.

older tearjerking stuff, also by heart, could well be
"Autumn Leaves" by Coldcut ... brrrrrrrr.

I remember the very first time I heard the Hallucinogen track on Mystery Of The Yeti II, I sat with my eyes closed waiting for the sound energy to wash over me; and as the violins and bass spun deliciously slowly out of the speakers I found myself wiping my eyes in joy, totally and serenely fixed in the atmosphere of bliss that was unfolding before my ears.

And how can anyone forget the sublime beauty of belief that radiates inbetween the bouncing sythns on Ott's magical 'Jack's Cheese & Bread Snack' , the moment where the world swirls into happiness after the sample '...Nirvana is true peace'.... I'm crying now just thinking about it ! !

A moment very similar to this shines out of Higherpersonic Whomen's 'Easy Does It', another artist I am eagerly awaiting a release from. ..            - - It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice... - -

yup, another Ott masterpiece. I love the way this track closes the 'In Dub' album, but actually if I think about it the L.S.D remix is very emotional...

Almost every track created by Shulman makes me wanna cry.

That guy just knows to push the right buttons.

Also Punjub (sang by the Ravin) makes me fell the same..           ---------------------------------------------

It's such a wonderful experience that once you have tried it you wish you could be in that state constantly (and you probably could if you learned to use your consciousness better…), and it’s the same state (energy) that makes you continue dancing at an outdoor party, although you have no more power…
And that is exactly what differentiates our scene from most others… A Person who listens to mainstream genres doesn’t understand our music and think it sounds monotone, but in fact if he listens to his favorite music and I listen to my favorite music, the joy or pleasure he gets out of it will not even be 1% of what I get out of it, in the end it his loss…

some timeless, very emotional tracks:
first of all - spiritual healing and "the sensitivies will be kings", can really make you wanna cry.
another old track which is one of the grooviest tracks ever: Qualia - Plasma
some more:
the egg - lost at sea
el lcd - snoe p.hissingen (CBL remix)
Neon tetra by ott
9 lazy 9 - pound stretcher -very dark and emotional track with cool trumpets and horns.
ozric tentacles - aura borealis
ulrich Schnauss - A Letter From Home
Schneider TM vs. KPT. Michi.gan - Light 3000
almost the best track to hear while driving back home from a party.

oh, btw, for me the best track in Hallucinogen in dub is solstice...
Life is too short to eliminate all risks.

I am getting very emotional whenever I listen to Entheogenic.

Light Ocean blue, comes to mind.
