I wholeheartedly agree with so many of the recommendations here. In my music library, I have a custom tagging field called "Tears of Joy" for marking just these kinds of tracks. Besides the ones already mentioned, I would also have to include:
Vibrasphere - Northern Sunsets
Vibrasphere - San Pedro (Low Sky Remix)
Ulrich Schnauss - Monday Paracetamol
Makyo - Soar Angelic
Padmasana - A Distant Star
Jairamji - Pianissimo
Eastern Sun & John Kelley - Rapture at Sea |

There are quite a few, but the piano sequence on Shulman's 'Consciousness Revoked' is by far the most emotional thing I've ever heard...
