Let me explain to you how the guidelines work (in my opinion). The point of using no bad language, staying away from violence, religion and other topics that have nothing to do with psytrance is because this board should be about psytrance. Sounds simple? Well, read the guidelines and try to understand them in a constitutional perspective - these guidelines aren't just a set of laws that you cannot break and cannot bend. A little bit of bad language is allowed from time to time, because it's not necessarily going to murk up the conversation, politics on the other hand are so extremely off-topic here and tend to cause an immediate attack of bad vibes, and religion falls somewhere between the two.
This isn't written directly in the guidelines, but it is a guiding basis on which this forum tries to maintain a specific character, and in order to be a board of this size and not be totally dominated by messages about trading music, flame wars, talking through overinflated and the such, this is necessary.
And hey, if you really want to feel like we're fascists: this is a private board, not a democracy. The guidelines do NOT include things like freedom of speach (which moderators still try to allow, but just like in every democracy, is limited when attacking the very core of the system). The board guidelines are very deep, and the one (and only) person that decides what they are is Shahar - the proud founder of Isratrance, and considering the amount of time, money and effort he put into this board (hint: a *lot* more than all of the people bitching about the moderators did), I think it's more than fair. If you don't, well, you're breaking the guidelines - Shahar earned his respect, as did these guidelines, both of whom made this board the most influential psytrance community in the world.
The guidelines require the moderators to use their head a bit, and they do. With all highly problematic posts, there are discussions, deliberations and the choices are made very carefully, according to the spirit of the guidelines, and not just the dry words.
It's a shame that you can't respect that, since I know you're smart enough to understand this and the entire last bit of this post (and your replies to others later) shows that it's lack of respect more than anything else.
Tolerance begins with two things:
1) Trying to understand the other. Some people here have an odd (to say the least) sense of humor that is oftenly mistaken for maliciousness, lack of understanding or just general BS.
2) Not to take things too hard. You don't like what someone's saying? DON'T READ IT. There's a post that pisses you off? The only way you can rise above it's author is by not sinking down to his/her level.
These are two things that are impossible to enforce, and two things most users just seem to be incapable of at times, and you just need to look at this as an example:

Magevet, considering your replies to other threads, do you actually believe in what you wrote here? Or are you just busy bitching whenever someone writes something you don't like? Trying to turn a thread about tolerance into a flame war and then asking why people shut other people up, that's what you're doing. One face, two face, how many faces more???

5Meo-Geo according to that message the writer of it deserves to get some serious desease ( u can't just wish so bad for others ) - lets start with ulcers. I really tried not to choose some really bad ass desease for u. Ulcers is painful enough and yet not lethal. You can always come to my clinic to see if I can help u and I promise, even if u seem to be like a total asshole to try and fix your problem.
Having said that I might wish for little more horrible deseases for u in the future. It depends on u actually...
