most funny emmm
as most here.. 1 time exident of press eject on cd thats playing , saved myself with reflex-play the other cd whatever track is there.. thats why i burn special "set cd" evry singel time.
another funny thing is my partner pressing fw on the playing deck..
never drink acid when dj 
but this i didnt laugh at all
here is one i remember also
the usual bagger comes to nudge me about this KDD track (and we play only orinial stuff)
i told him nicely that it wont be played so he can leave now
he started to convience me... "its the best bassline ever!" and such..
im like oki dude , but i dont even have it , and it is my show and i try to do it so please let me..
and he is like realy sorry and says yes you right im very sorry , but pleeeaaasssseeeee play this tune i want 
ended up me calling the party org. to get him out as he took my headphones when i mix for asking that again...

Being kind of Drunk, i played with the fader of one of the channels, the MIC/LINE button was up from it, and by mistake i touched it also, sound was cut... for 3 sec, didnt know what happened but i put channel 2 asap, and then i understood...
Everything went ok though, ppl weren't disappointed

Getting booked for a gig...and forgetting my caselogic at home, explain the baloon guy I'm the DJ and I'm gonna take control of the pump and the charges from now on coz it's the agreement with the promoter...then stealing a box of charges when he wasn't looking at me, asking for constant free drinks, and getting'em 'til I was barely able to stand when the time of my performance was there.
Mixing inside the headphones coz the monitors were shit, and having it while it wasn't sound outside my headphones due to the fader position.
There are more...plenty of.
My fake plants died, because I did not pretend to water them. |

gosh i had a weekend once with 2 gigs in a row ( one on fri and one on sat) and by the time i got up to play on the sat night the lack of sleep caught up with me and the dodgey equipment i was playing on didnt make life any easier. tracks wouldnt fit , i started tracks with the bass killed and only just managed to get by with some dignity intact. Not my finest hour

trying Ketamine (K) (its a friggin tranquilizer) for the first time 5 minutes before i had to play.... I had to hold on to the mixer otherwise i would have fallen over.... so you can imagine how that sounded as i grabbed at the faders and knobs to keep myself standing. he he he he. and i was so f*%$ed that i thought it sounded good... i feel bad for whoever was listening, and imagine how i must have looked falling all over the place in the booth, and the sounds were twisting, rising and falling with me 
luckily it was a small club in NYC, so no big damage.
tried K maybe 2 more times after that and then decided to stop taking animal tranquilzers
