well it was a first search. will see how they go on ebay to find out about their actual value at the moment.

500 would be fine           http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/stereofeld-frequenzwechsel

SH101 rocks for kicks; I think that's where X-Dream got theirs from when they started to develop THAT sound.

ahh yeah Colin, THAT sound:

any music out there today that has a vibe like this ? bring it on.

i want a freakin sh101. now.

Panic in Paradise is 100% guaranteed an SH101 kick; Rain I'm not so sure but it's likely since it comes from the same time.

400€ is very cheap. go get it if it's still available! 101's are being sold for 700-800€ at the moment and
the price will only go up.

never got a reply was already sold probably

damn listened the sh 09 clip, like the 101 some sound give me goose bump man, i rarely /never feel this with newer analog when liseting to them

there is nothing bad in the sound, nothing you want to notch and stuff like this , liquid quality so pure and the filter drive is orgasmic, make newer analogs sound like toys, it piss on any plugins ..damn i think i love the sound of the 101

Put the resonance all the way up, so the filter self oscillates and the cut-off becomes the frequency of the sine wave the filter produces. Then modulate the cut-off with the ADSR in order to get the kick sound.

peace.

here is an article about creating a kick drum with the sh-101. it also displays 3 different settings for a kick. i haven't tried them out yet but i'm sure that if you'll noodle around them you'll eventually find the x-dream kick too
