Glad to be a member of the club, once again 
Needless to say its already being used heavily on the new disco hooligans and martian arts tracks, on bassline, lead, FX and kick duties.
Taking it to a friend's studio to record all waveforms and bassline patches with the original filter, through a Neve channel strip going into a brand spanking new Urei Blackface compressor through an expensive Apogee soundcard for THE best EXS24 SH-101 sampler patches...my hands are sweating already

do you have some local internet site with used gears? there is lot of 101 in used markets but they are expensive these day .

i guess you are right about the price. i did search the usual forums and second hand gear sites. found only two 101s and they were like 1000$ which i will not pay no matter how much i like its sound

wow really,500$ was the price just few years ago and in the past you could find some for less than 200$
these day there is no reasonable price hehe 500-800 is the price in good condition imo but it s probably high already for a 101 for many users... depends how much you like the sound.
i checked and here their price is 500 euro in good condition. |
