Psychedelic polka-trance remixes of pop music.

More full on a little more groovy full on, like Triptych, Protoculture and Sub6

I'd rather see the sequence of trends like this :
94-97 : "Goa"
98-00 : Minimal
01-02 : Full-on
03-?? : Progressive

Anyway, you could always find everything at any time : Minimal in 1996, Goa in 2003...

Next trend ? Don't have a clue and don't care much. A return to psychedelic music a la Kox Box old style would be nice though.

If I have my way it'll be retro-1990s style Not necessarily "Goa" style, but more of a focus on analog synths, drum machines, and all those "limitations" that drove the early trance music innovators. A lot of Suomi sounds and Australian grungy trance show the way forward... less production, more ideas!           tiger got to hunt,
bird got to fly,
man got to sit and wonder why, why, why?
tiger got to sleep,
bird got to land,
man got to tell himself he understand.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again:
in the year 2003, we begin to see a progressive trance divides itself from full on, knowingly and unknowingly.

In the future this tendency will continue until full on becomes more and more popish and porgressive becomes more and more houseish.

At the end of the process, there will be very few real PSYtrance artists left, and they will create the new wave.

... and i'll just carry on trying to make full-on-morning-progressive-tribal-tech-house-psy, and everyone will still call it "goa"           http://www.dartrecordings.co.uk/

Well Franny you got:

Iboga, Digital Structures, Plusquam, Avalanche, Sprout, Tatsu, Interzone Records.

Is that enough examples of progressive labels still going strong?

It's amazing how closeminded people in this forum can be.... If you don't like a certain music that's ok... But please stop the "thank god" and so on.... Who cares what you think anyway.... It's all about music and not a taste competition!

In my opinion the future will bring much more crossover's between many different styles and we will see artists from different corners working together creating music NOT styles
