Yeah, you know, the melody in Vida is quite good, but once that vocal comes in again... oh brother!!           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

It keeps getting flushed but it just rises again to the top

Btw, apparently this album sold really well so i’m guessing someone must have liked it. Mr Salah must be crying all the way to the bank           Am i the only one who believes in solipsism?

Yeah, but don't forget the hype that was built up around this release. Banners were bought to advertise on the online musicshops, people had high expectations, him being of Psydrop fame and all. And don't forget there are a lot of killlaaaa fullon impulse buyers out there who jut bought this one on impulse. Glad I wasn't one of those, and praise saikosounds for their long samples.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. Acidhive are you on some personal vedetta against Hypersonic or something?
OK I think we've established that you don't like this release...no need to keep dwelling on it.

I also think the bashing is out of control - apart from the lame cover, I don't see what makes this so much worse than a lot of other stuff on the market today. For instance check out some of the latest compilations from BNE/YoYo (Un:Balanced) and HOMmega (BPM FM - Trance On Air) containing some (not all) material just as cheesy as Hypersonic.

Of course taste differs (and I must say I don't like Hypersonic), but people - you're talking like he invented this kind of easily digestible full on.

Come on, pr0fane, the compilations Unbalanced and BPM FM - Trance On Air have one or two cheesy stuff, but they are light years ahead this album from Hypersonic.

You may say it's a matter of taste, but before you do that, listen carefully these albums and pay attention to the layers of sound, ideas & production level and the mastering in ALL TRACKS.

There's not a single track in this album that's worth IMO.

I'm constantly getting back and talking about this, because I was so majorly disappointed with this release and I think other people should at least be warned before they buy this on impulse. And I'm acting this way because it actually could've been really good. And I don't have a grudge against the man himself, I own the two psydrop albums before this one and I still consider those to be quite good, so it's no personal vendetta. That said, I hope I've cleared things up. And I have to agree with full_on here, because he's absolutely right when he says releases like UnBalanced and BPM FM are also a bit cheesy, but still miles above this. This is just bad. Enough said.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

Why have so many of you bought this CD if it's so bad, I could judge just by the cover that this CD was not worth buying...

Please respect other people, if was Hypersonic if would be really gloomy after reading some of your comments, he is a HUMAN-Being after all.

Love guys…

Hang on so you dont buy cd's based on the cover? Wow you've missed out on some good music in your life.

I cant understand peoples care factor of the cover, surely its the music that counts, who cares if he looks like yahel on the cover.

hmm

i think this album is pretty good.
a little overhyped. i got a poster from Psyshop, so i immediately think : "COMMERCIAL"

but the tunes are well produced, lots of talent here.

i love the "came in a box" song. its fuckin hilarious. dont think its serious, i think most of the songs are bouncy fun, tounge-in-cheek style.

it does sound "overmastered", there really should be more "depth" to the sound.

8/10
