Namaste Everyone,
I have uploaded the first lecture of Swamini Vimalananda in 2 parts in .wma format.
The lecture is in english with a pinch of humor so that your attention stays with the teacher.
I wont get into the details of what its about, I can only request you to give it ONE listen and I will assure you every person will pick up something positive about our religion and quest for life.
This is a series of 7 lectures, teaching 1 chapter of the Upanishad. After hearing this, if there is anyone who might be intrested in the complete talk, I will be more than happy to upload the rest of them.

Its only audio buddy... as of now i have it only in audio as the session was recorded only for audio cassettes.
This entire series is in audio, but if there there is a good response for this, I will dig into my video tapes and take out a really intresting topic to upload.
This lecture is of 1 hr... even though its not of Video format, give it a chance and the conclusion will astound you

Hey seriously, thank you so much! downloading now! Really appreciate it, and I bet there are lots of users who would love to listen to the whole series
Also highly recommended are talks with Swami Paramatmananda and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Am sure there are loads on the net, will try getting a hold of some.
Listening to such Great Souls speak is a blessing on its own, especially in person you feel such warm positive energy, even in the most 'sober' state of mind [unless you count the spirituality taking you high ]
Also am not sure if there are audio recordings of Nisargadatta Maharaj, but really worth reading are scripts of the various talks He has given.

In that case, m8, don't bother with Yoga, follow the path of Tantra; if u read, a gud starting-point wud b the 'Book of Secrets', Osho's take on the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra..

It is a question that lies at the core of nearly all human spiritual search, and the answer to it often defines the boundary between one religious doctrine and another. Whether one believes in reincarnation or resurrection, heaven or hell, purgatory or paying one’s karmic debts, the question of what happens after death occupies an inordinate amount of space in the religious terrain.
In the rich and complex world of Hindu mythology, Shiva represents the face of death and destruction in a “trinity” that also includes creation (Brahma), and sustenance (Vishnu). It is to Shiva that the 5000-year-old sutras of this “Book of Secrets” are attributed. Why? To understand, it will be helpful to know a little more about where he comes from.
He is a complex character, this Shiva, with many aspects. The story goes that once Brahma and Vishnu came to speak to Shiva about some matter of urgency, and found him making love with his wife. Shiva was so absorbed in his lovemaking that he didn’t even notice when the two other gods entered his room. Angered by the fact that they had to remain standing there like fools for hours until Shiva finally noticed them, they cursed him and declared that henceforth he would be represented by a phallic symbol. Hence the shivalingam that graces thousands of Shiva temples throughout India. In another of his aspects he is half of the “Shiva-Shakti” duo, the male side of the eternal dance of male and female. And in The Book of Secrets he speaks to his consort, Devi, who sits on his lap throughout the entire discourse!
