hi guys,
i played around with vanguard to figure out
the famous (boring) lead sound of "vodoo people"
@ 2:45
what i got with vanguard is:
[synced saw] with lfo1(5HZ) to PWM(27)
a some small other settings...
but somehow i dont reach this fatness/fullness/phasing sound
anyone could explain this leadsound a littlebit more?,
am i totally wrong with this setting?

use LFO for your pleasure if you dont like the filtersetting, play with adsr,
or you also can use the 64glide, wich i prefer.

since i got some requests for the lead, and the issue about incompatibly because of other vanguard versions i have uploaded a Screenshot...
with it you can reproduce it simple, also on other VST´s.

Thanks for the screenie. Got it to work now btw. Love tweaking the LFO
Anyway... im pretty scared of using this lead. I dont know it just feels like thats Vibe Tribe's "sound" and that youre a copycat if u use it... because it is very outstanding so to speak. how about u guys?

well, this is a simple saw with a little resonace boost and just playing with cutoff.
its that simple and the mother of ALL SQUELCH noises, wich nearly every psy prod uses.
i just called it VibeTribe Lead, there are many ways for sure to improve your sounds.
thats just the simplest version of it.
