i use cronox as well..and am very satisfied on fullon bases..but i didn`t manage to get a decent darkpsy bass on this tool..any help very appreciated!!!!

hey guys,
for those who doenst like the alien-303
take a look, so far from VB and orther basses?
if so, I will stop trying to tweak it and move
to another synth.

Used vb1 forever. Now i just use audiorealism w/ some quadra fuzz and thats it. |

quadra fuss has nothing to do whit a eq.
its an distortion that generats an overdrive. |

Hi there!
I am using cronox for bass together with voxengo curve eq and quadrafuzz.But i cant get a descent sound.although the patch is really good.
Which plugins you use 4 cronox?any suggestions and settings for them? |

The key isn't in the plug-ins, it's the source sound and later processing. Any eq would do its job, some with minor differences, but nothing major. Try to find a nice combo of low and high frequency wave. Saw waves aren't the only ones And also if you read the 79 pages of this topic you will find a plentiful of info answering your question
