first of all sorry for my english 
i know people who always says the devil is not a good symbol for a soundgenre - because he stands for the negative (death bla bla bla) and have nothing to do with psychedelic experiences
i have to say that in my opinion the devil dont stands for death and soreness, because of the devil nobody must die, the real killers on earth are the godlovers
--> for me god stands for the negative on earth (the exception proves the rule)
you know the statemants from bush and co.
god bless amerika (i dont have to ask my dad i get my instructions from god --> a statement from bush) only for example
im confused because of all the posts here from people who always ask silly questions because of the evil side
the evil side is the real underground in psychedelic trance and stands for real psychedelic experiences - keep the underground alive

the devil only exists because god does... and vise versa. its the whole good/bad duality thing! but that s a loooonnnng debate! its maybe more interesting to see everything as experience (whether positive or negative). psy trance is an experience amongst others! for me its a goooood one!

the devil, just like god is a manmade tale that has been used for centuries to scare people, "obey or you go to hell", "obey or you don't get to go to heaven".. they both exist in pretty much all the religions out there..
i guess usually god stands for good and devil is like anti god.. opposite in everything.. so if i had to choose between heaven and hell.. oh oops i think i'd choose the 1st one.. but since i don't belive into any of that mumbo jumbo and have brains and am not afraid to use them i really don't give a shit

I must say that the bad is also a part of god for me it represents the complete opposite of good. Now since in life when we experience something negative after we feel better cause we have come through something that made us feel bad and now we feel good after it, then for me this is just like a good party when in the night all the "Devils" music is played and we get that different feeling and maybe it's a hard experience, then the morning tunes will sound even better than usual cause we come winners out of the dark and into the light! this is were i think the music is spiritual it is the feeling, it is an experience a "bad" one and then a "good" one! So on and so forth!
Dark and light are both very spiritual if combined together.
For me if they are not combined then i feel that we are missing one or the other!

Ive met satanists, quite nice people actually - I wouldnt say they were evil at all... and Im not even sure the devil/satan is evil.. Im quite sure hes just misunderstood

Can it be about Mental Creation?...
With Evil music wierd things starts to happend in your mind.. It drives you nuts..
You can also describe this as a traumatic state of mind.. The music is taking over your mind and soul and ther is nothing to do except dance until you cant stand on your legs anymore...

it's not like the christian god is too nice bloke either.. i mean look at the shit he did in that fairy tale book called bible..
a) kills pretty much every single living being on planet other than noah and the animals on that boat. why? i'm sure quite a few were innocent?
b) punishes the egyptians for like the 7 next generations or something. as if the unborn people are to blame? should all the children of murderers be punished cos of what their father/mother did? i think not..
c) let's his own fucking son suffer for things he didn't
do. it's like example a and b.. how come innocent have to pay for something they didn't do?
..like i said.. not that nice bloke..

I don't like church music, but i also don't like that crap of devil worship metal like Cradle of Filth and shit like that.

usually the people dont have an idea of what all this satanism is about...
basically there is good and there is bad, and none could exist without the other. and honestly, if i could choose between being good to bad people and being bad to good people, i'd take the last one.
all the satanism stuff does take a certain group of people after it, its not bound to any musical genre. i dont believe szander lavey (church of satan) listened to cradle of filth while founding his religion, which is all about worshipping life and the celebration of it, by the way, not about hate, death and slaughter.
and to speak the truth, cradle of filth is peanuts on the "satanism-scale" if you want it...there are worse. cheers
