must have someone's protection from the vandals

nobody can deny that there are certain groups of ppl they "get high" on vandalising and damaging other ppls property... but that is a true FACT also in life... it can happen anywhere on a gathering.
we also sad for the fact there are ppl who take such advantage of the prevelege of an asylum, makes us all think if this prevelege should be taken from unis around city/or even country...
wow, thats a big matter to my head at the time being...
just THINK: maybe there are groups of ppl organising events and keeping the place ALIVE n KICKIN but also keeping the place CLEAN and OUT OF ANY VANDALISM AND TROUBLE 
i know there cannot be a "face control" for organisers, sounds silly... but there is still hope  Pp
then i HOPE for lots of parties to come. parties like the old times,when only that mattered was SWEET MELODIES for the ear
