Lets get the facts on the table here.
The main organiser's name is Ben. I am not sure if he is from Macedonia or Hungary. Who cares really. The fact is that there was no Bulgarians involved in the Organizing of the Festival. They only worked for Ben and Co. I am sure for nothing.
Peter the only Bulgarian somewhat involved was not involved in the actual Organizing. He just helped out with some artists contacts.
Another fact is also that 1-2 weeks before the Festival this Ben send many international artists "fake" e-tickets and did not pay them any advance as agreed. I know artists and DJ's that went to Airports just to find out the ticket they thought was a real ticket was totally fake.
Ben canceled me in the most arrogant way I have even seen and broke our deal (God thank).
Anyone that come here and defend Ben and his team of criminals must be:
1. Very naive
2. Hungry to play for free
3. Friends of the criminal organizers.
I see no reason in why anyone would come here and defend these criminals and why anyone would be proud of playing for them. |

Boom !!! Just get back to Transylvania from the festival...
Hmm.. what can i say ? it tooked me one day to get back to Sofia from the Batak lake. I had to switch, an really old military vehicle, an TAXI, and 2 stupid slow trains to get back to Sofia. Let's not forget the 4-5 hours i need to wait for the trains.
So i left in the morning and i arrived at the Art Hostel in Sofia at 12:30 in the night...
Tnx God, that i am still alive after this experience and i am fu**ing lucky that i got at least half of my travell expences !
About the festival...it was a nice camping !! muahahah

hey folks,
not my favorite playground here, but a friend told me to have a look here, he was there but not really back enough to express himself.
looking like a real familiar event, i am sorry for the people getting trapped by with event like that, traveling hundreds, thousand of miles to be there and to find nearly nothing, but with the age of 38 now, living in psy for more than 15 years now, i have to tell you, it was not the first time and sadly i am sure that it wouldn't be the last time.
but i am sure, beside all, some people had some good time there and found some nice new friends.
i always thought the real psytrancer is experienced by the unexpected?
//off - thx for the back-flash with (we call it:) niXPO, personally i forgot that it also was in bulgaria - on//
to the bulgarians, dont worry, intelligent people will know that its not depending on your country, that its a matter of the organizers and that it happens nearly everywhere!

tickets which didn't arrive are no facts? artists didn't get what was promised them are no fact?
but for me its always funny to see all these different statements, helps me to build my own opinion about people just by reading their input or nonsense here. experiences like that should be taken as what they are, a way to learn how to make it better next time! its your decision to deal with that and most people involved in that environment experienced equal things in the past. but did they stop?
in the end we could also learn something from tomer (clever statement), sometimes its not really cool when the ticket arrives i know what i am talking about, but if you are free you always will find something getting you higher, its just a question of how and to comprehend it.
i am glad to learn new words here, WANNABE ARTIST CAREER, nice one, maybe i could use it anywhere else, keep your eyes open
keep on trancing

I'm glad i didn't go to Tchamla, though some people here were quite excited about it, and asking me to go there.
I saw some pictures, the location looks very nice. Too bad that things didn't come out right.
Organisers should take into consideration the possibility of LOOSING MONEY from a party. It's a risk you HAVE to consider, or else you're just plain stupid.
So if you don't have the minimum budget required to organise a decent party, go home. Just go home and play some music in your room. |

Hhhmmm actually we went there and there wasn't any festival.. we camped for a week waiting for good weather and electricity .. the result was half - half .. we had small generator and rain almost every night but made many new friends and had a very good time .. nice meeting some users as well
Atma veeery good set man, Canopi your deco was going to kick a$$, Redax Metal nice opening set and Kundalini you were the best guide ever ..
To the organizers would like to advise for many things but sure there will be nothing new they don't know.
For me that was the most underground party i've ever been
Boom

Hi all,
first of all, i am Gyuri's brother (Gyuri is the Hungarian organizer of Tchamla).
I am quite partial to him, therefore i don't want to be his lawyer... hopefully he will tell you everything when he will get back to Sofia. At the moment they are still at the venue, cleaning up the place.
The main problem was (In My Holy Opinion) that they thought that they can pay everything from the presale income. This is, of course impossible. Then they thought they can pay everything from the income of the first day. That is why they told to the artists even in the last minutes that everybody will get the plane tickets. Without income it is quite hard. Of course there were no 10000 euros as someone mentioned it before, most of the people didn't pay any entrance, which is quite understandable, if there is no sound, no toilets, no good food etc.
So the main thing what i want to say is that these organizers are not cheaters, not thieves, they are just simply unprofessional. There was no money to runaway with. They just fucked up everything. They had a very bad luck with everything... Of course most of the things were their fault, but to judge them as criminals is simply a very stupid thing, and to listen to people like trippy johnny, who believes every rumours he hears, is a very naive thing.
Personally for me it started as a tragedy but ended as a nice psycamp. I am happy that me and my Hungarian friends played there, and I am very sorry about all the bad things that happened with other artists and visitors, and I am sorry that my brother and his friends were not able to solve all the problems. It was just too early for them to make a festival. But I am sure they learned a lot from it and we will dance on their events in the future:) |

Gyuri has or had legal problem in Hungary for sure, everybody that says "it is not true" is a liar, however, this problem has nothing to do (probably) with the organization of the festival. The others were not criminals (maybe) but now, after all this sh*t, they are. The lack of knowledge is not an excuse. |
