very dificult 2 divide...only like them by style...besides i do not like to divide the scene in subgenres...i think we all are "one"           ...

psytrance is already too small for us to start deviding it into genres. another thing is that each atrist has its 'own' genre we can't just label them.

I agree with you, Mike A. Breaking down a genre already as small as trance (itself already a genre within a genre) into so many different sub-genres is bordering on being a mild form of autism if you ask me!!!! And then when someone comes out with something totally fresh, you need to invent a whole new genre for it???? Crazy!!!

And to add another genre to the list in totally hypocritical style... Does anyone remember Trancecore? Thankfully I've not heard any at parties for a couple of years now. For anyone who doesn't remember it was trance crossed with UK hardcore and it's as horrible as it sounds. 160-165+ bpm with trance basslines and melodies. Nein Danke!           "One nation under a groove".

My tree has 2 branches....

Good Music
Bad Music

And don't diss trancecore!!! I once heard an absolutely incredible set from Lenny Dee of 170-200bpm trancecore that blew me away more than 99% of what I have heard since. Not that it would fit at psy parties, but damn, what a time. INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH TRANCE
