opening this topic was very legitimate - good move psycosmo.
party people always seem to think the terrestrial laws around them pause functioning when they're partying; throughout the whole week in sober state people preach how responsible they are, how much they love and protect nature etc, and as soon as friday evening starts they convert into selfish "i only wanna get drunk"-people.
there are so many cases where people overestimate their physical abilities and thus get injured. people sometimes are just too go-lightly and don't think past and beyond any of their current actions. assuming that nothing at a psychedelic party will sexually arouse you is just wrong, it can happen anywhere, anytime.
of course, this applies to people in any scene and situation of life, but i think at psychedelic parties that attitude is significantly stronger than anywhere else, like you don't mind if you're covered in mud allover, drenched to the bones or similar.
so i do support basilisks point of view. condoms should be freely available, just as ear-plugs.

I sort of agree that this thread has nothing to do with psy trance in general. STDs are prevalent in all music/party scenes and any smart person shouldn't have to wait to read a thread on isratrance before having the sudden outbreak of common sense to test him/herself.
That said, I recommend that everyone on the Hommega tour bus get tested STAT! (do you understand or do I have to draw a picture  ) |
