I still maintain that it is a drug free experience due to the commonness of it amongst children. If you were under the influence of something could you guarantee it legitimacy??
you know sometimes when you are drifting off to sleep you jump?? that is supposedly your astral mind returning quickly back into your body because the feeling of it leaving is alittle odd if you are not used to it.
sometimes when you are just about to fall asleep you get an overall 'buzz' all over your body? well that is about the right time to try and leave your body. You have to find that space between being awake and being asleep (if thats the method you are going to use) and it takes lots of practice.
the methods that senior perdo has written are as good as any ive read- so give it a crack

i used to practice a lot when i was younger, i read a lot of books on astral projection and hypnosis and shit and I had a few weird experiences but not as weird as i wanted them to be.. hehe.
The fact that its easier for children has nothing to do with drugs though. It's because when your younger, your more willing, and less afraid, and more in tune. when your older, well, most adults believe in it a lot less and are caught up more in society instead of concentrating on being in tune with their inner self. i'm sure i'm not the only one that's dealt with drugs and still been able to have astral experiences.
you know astral projection is an element in the Cabalah, considered to be the 1st step in being closer to god, as far as i can recall. Anyways, it's an element found in all religions, they are in essence all the same, but there's a lot of bullshit nowadays...i think people need to get back to the basic truths...

im not saying that i dont love my drugs.....i do1
its just that i feel astral projection was the type without drugs...achieved with an extremely honed mind
if your doing it on drugs its not the same and not in the same ball park... its in its own category of altered mental states...
i agree with it both types and have experience both varieties......luvly :) |
