Definitely will do. The psychedelia has not gone anywhere in my opinion. Yes, it has shifted to other media a little bit, but it is still there, and will always be there. If all of trance was spiritual, as I think you mean by spiritual, ganjagil, it would not be special at all, and would lose its spirituality. Don't you feel great wafting through a sea of mediocre releases when you stumble upon a psychedelic gem that makes your heart beat irregularly for just a moment?

@Further i think that through all times there was music which was spiritual and that which is not. That which is not is not even music for me that is just sounds and yes i like that feeling of spiritual music in fact i listen only to that man but i also would like at least some more releases because i see it as we need our dancefloors to be more like this instead of just go to a party pop a pill and have fun! But go to a party as a celebration of our utmost feeling through the music together as one!

Wow, this tread is mindblowing, it s so good to see that ther re people all over the world who are thinking and feeling the same...
It seems to me that psy trance s more and more getting commercial. Psy trance s not underground any more, our holy music s getting more and more popular. The parties are getting bigger and it s more and more difficult to find the very special ones where people not just wanna get fucked and have fun.
Anyway, as you see here, there are still quite a few spiritual seekers in our scene. We just have to find each other and spread our energy all over the world. It s our wonderful task to produce spiritual music (yes, gilbyJ), find some sacred locations to put up some beautiful parties and give the people the possibility share moments of spirituality and love. Winter s a very good time to do it , I think. When we organised our last party in the woods a few weeks ago it was snowing all evening. However, all our wonderful friends turned up because they knew it s gonna a special event to celebrate life (and everyone else stayed at home…). There was maybe a hundred people, one big family dancing, laughing, loving, spreading positive energy for a night and a day…
That s what I mean, go back to undreground, forget about money and reputation and build your own little world to share moments of love and spirituality….

We have another one here welcome soundflower seems like the family is growing soo much great! Yes soundflower not only we see it but it is pure commercial money fuckin everything! The scen has grown and now it's like a house scene with many music genre's and many people who think they know all about what is trance! But we know the truth and all we need is good music because in good music nobody can say it's not good because if so he would be lying to his soul! Yes we have a big plan because we need to reunite the trance scene that once was and we can do this only by producing good music and talking about being spiritual in your life being good to thy neighbour being TRANCE!

I'm a Spiritual being (which by my definition is someone who believes in a higher consciousness, be that God, Energy or The force. Furthermore he or she tries to change their general behaviour, being more loving or being more forgiving for instance).
I believe that our culture can raise our collective consciousness, but it depends on you (the spiritual ones), only you have the power to change the collective consciousness of a party (festival-gathering), by thinking positively and acting positively you indirectly cause the wanted effect.
The point is not whether you smoke weed, take drugs, drink-alcohol or if you are as sober as priest on a Sunday morning, it’s the way you treat the world and its people. One way of a achieving this is by mediation (I now meditate once daily fort about 30-45 min.), another way is by attaining parties with right spirit and undergoing the same learning process.

the real meaning of music must be spiritual.Liberation of the our spirit to merge with the cosmic spirit and leave the bondages of body and mind and reach the highest states of conciousnes from colective to the supreme conciousnes .My spirit one spirit your spirit two spirits...GAIA the spirit of the earth all spirits together as one...union...onenes...one=everything=god=all in one...altogether...

Most of the tracks of trance uplifts me spiritually! It also depends on the track, but some of them can bring joy to my face and to my brain

hello,
I would be confused if I didn't have my own theory,
but I would like to understand what you mean by spiritual?
there are things in life that it is not necessary to be told.
why use the so complicate word "spirit" when we can simplify this into love.
they are too many "tradition" and the trance scene as I could see, welcome all of them. Everyone have got a spritual background, and the trance takes you to a advanced mental state, that is true, and if you want to use this mental state in your spitritual side, clap, clap.
But it should'nt be the main reason for listening to trance, you listen to trance because you love it, and trance is suppose to take you to a mental state of trance, and if jews, christian, buddist, hindu and misticism can appreciate the same music, we better know why we listen to it. |

the difference between goa trance music and other tek music is and should be that you can dance or listen to it and it bring you to higher state of consciousness. if it does not , it is not goa trance. a good goa tracks is not the repetition of a beautiful melody. je suis francais aussi and crystal from bpc is an old good track but can not be considered as an archetype of good goa track(even bpc did far better than this one )...try to get better stuff man !!!
goa tracks should be longer than others teck tracks( from 6 to 15 minutes).
goa tracks should mix high technology sounds with ancient trance sounds like ythar, bongo, congas, indian voices, etc..
goa tracks shoul have an begginning different from the middle and a middle different from the end.
goa tracks can be dark or happy, morning of full on but the structure of the tracks should evolve to at least 3 different sequences , form simple to more complex ones, so that to create mind expanding experience and to rock the people on the dance floor.
goa tracks are should lways have hypnotic patterns wether it is progressive or not.
for blue planet corporation you could listen to "sandal wood" for example, "aquablue" to name a few good old ones fro the same period1

I see good music generally as music that uplifts me spiritually. For some people perhaps only one genre does it for them, I dunno, but for me it doesn't matter what classification it goes under, if it makes me FEEL something, it's working
