you allways have Yoav Gera's sound school, which is by far the most advanced institute im aware of in the tel aviv region. i don't much like Gera, he can be quite obnoxious, but im told he's the best around.           "We Do Not Allways See Things As They Are. I have a friend who studied in the school near Tzemach Junction (Kineret area). It's a two years program but he left after only one.
He wasn't too happy with the school and the program as far as I recall, and said that they weren't too serious. That's all I remember, and it's hear say (I'm saying what I remembered him saying, maybe it wasn't that way exactly...)
It's going to be impossible for me to reach him now to get more info about it, so that's all the help I can give you.

Bom.
Please REMOVE my cellphone number from any SMS spam list you may have. Thanks.

there's also a place called "Hasifa" it's comunication, television and multimedia school of the universita haptucha (open university)
i know it's not a part of your question but it's another option
it seems pretty basic though

i know there is a half year program at gera sound school run by lishkat hatasouka, so if you want to combine studies + payments this is shurely the place!

all you need is to be unempoyed + show some background in the exams and then to be lucky and enter it.

i must write about that
anyway after looking along time good place to learn sound engeniring i came to 1 conclusion
all coleges in israel r lame!!!!!!!!
almoust all teach u in electronic music only reason, cubase and pulsar systems
studys r going 2 years with 6 hours X twice a week
(3 teory 3 practise)
lame studios (even when they write "fancy comfortable studios to work in")
ppl r cool
but i think u r looking to learn that profession
i sugest u to go to england, holand, sweden, germany to check there for colages
small example....
one colage in sweden :
8 hours of study 5 days a week
2 years long course
about learning:
all and all about synthesis
all softs avalible on market
learning to build u'r own hardware synth's
fat project's all the way fromt he begining of the school

anyway after i searched it a bit i eventualy understood why european artists r much more pro than israely ones
ppl who teach them want to grow good artist and not only their money

think about it

You are speaking about the schools in Tel Aviv. In Sapir college you Learn 5 days a week earn a senior engineer diploma and 40% B.A.
And they do have a new fancy studio, the invested approx. half milion $ in it. It has pro tools and lots of cool stuff.
And also teaching Electricity, acoustics, physics and a lots of basic stuff, that helps the understand better what sound enginering is all about. Well i guess i'm convinced.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

Call them quick if you want to learn there this year, they are closing the signing tomorrow. Their number is 08-6801463.
They are having an open day in July 28.
And ask for the price of studies, you'll be surprised!           Everyone in the world is doing something without me
