I guess a lot of complaints could have been avoided before and after the festival if only indigokids would have respected their paying visitors enough to communicate with them.

thats the point most people try to make. that indigokids do not care at all.

we all know that festivals can go wrong and there is nothing wrong with that. we are all human. but the level of arrogance or indifference from the indigokids side was the icing on the cake for a lot of people and artists.

the festival survied thanks to the paying visitors and the artists. not thanks to indigokids.

Also big thumbs up for Ozzy from me. He and Goetzlich helped me out a lot - great guys, and almost always available for assistance. Reading through this topic, I have really started to realize exactly how great this festival was.           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

Messy or not, people had a really good time there.
Event of this size takes a lot of years of the organizators lives , but eventually they pulled it off.
I want to thank all the artists - ALL of you kicked major amount of ass and as I saw you gave every single bit of yourselves and you made me forget who of you were my favorite, all of you made me happy man, with a pink hat.

All the people - who made the event, look like heaven!
Anyone I’ve made eye contact with - smiled and greeted me. I have to admit that I’ve never seen such amount of great people in one place.
The talks I’ve had with people who came to warm themselves at our fire at nights are unforgettable.

And of course the organizators who tarred their asses apart to make this event happen.

The sun and the moon - which worked together to assemble the best birthday present I’ve ever received.

The last but not least the security guys, the soldiers and the cops who didn’t made a lot of trouble to the pilots .

okay... MAJOR lack of organising and like you saw the main stage fell down because of bad turkish engineering... this was not good for the decor teams... all our u.v cannons where on the stage ready to be mounted that night... so for my side i was very sad to see the decor with no u.v... but the day time was excellent... the soloclipse was a gift to us and the rain was for the egos on the main stage which were fighting about the setup... the decor crews had none of the spec equipment we asked for along with plans months before... so if not for the decor crews and volenteers this festival wasnt even thought about in setup. 3 backdrops missing isnt the way forward too...

the people made this festival and the music was a complete shambels... no names mentioned

i met excellent people for the future but am more aware of bad orgs trying to make something out of their understandings... the toilets where a huge mistake as the decor crew tried to explain from 3 weeks before.

all decor teams art was not treated right for setups... but we hope it was satifactory for the reasons of this event... and thank you volenteers for your help before the festival... next time turkey has a party they better have 500w u.v cannons... not 40w =(

and better sound... PARK is not to be trusted!!

What are you bitchin around for?
You cant blame the organizators nor the turkish stage builders, for what came of the sky.
Man there were chunks of ice coming down along with the wind that could move my tent easily.
Nobody could predict it and there's nothing more to it.

BTW
The sound and the decos were amazing...

Ok let's nail this down with 12inch nails. YES YES YES you CAN blame the organisers for the collaps of the mainstage and whatever other mistakes or failures the Festival had.

The Mainstage WAS NOT secured the correct way. As a matter of fact it was not secured at all. A stage of that size need to have counter balance on the top and on the bottom in order to stay up. It did not have any counter balance on the top. Only at the bottom!
What was even more worrying was that they rebuild the Mainstage the exact same way. They did not learn a thing from their first mistake.

I see endless excuses from the same people and attempts to speak for the ever so absent Indigokids for the stage collapsing. Those excuses come from people who i suspect have very little knowledge about stage construction. They blame it on the weather. But ask yourself why it is that so many other professional Festivals all around the world does not collaps in even more rough weather?

The answer is easy. They make sure the stages are constructed in a responsible professional way according to international rules.

And let's not forget that it is always the Festival Organiser that are responsible to the guests and artists. It is not the construction company. They only answer to the Organisers who have the overall responsability to make sure everything is done correctly.
