COLOURS is my favorite album of the year!!!
that is i mean the real trance music,the best
of it maybe
there were enough of nice comments of Kite's music, no need to repeat the same,but...
I've bought the pirate version of COLOURS
for $3 ,at that the cover of album is very beatifull fractal of RED colour!!! Back side
(the same color)has a small photo of two people and the perspective of the horison
Is this an original coverdesign or just remake of savvy russian CD makers?

hmmm...buying a russian pirate cd is a strange way to thank seb and marcus for all their time in the studio and peter for releasing it!

would one wanna BUY mp3 ?
if its going to be done, it should be properly done with wav files i reckon.
if ya going to buy single trax - one would expect cd quality.
leave the mp3 for listening snippets. |

Buying mp3= support dj's and producer
Downloading mp3 for free= not supporting
Buying pirate cd's= not supporting
In a world of friendship, love and support as the psy-trance world what is expected from people is to help dj's and producer continuing doing music.....

Still fresh and lovely. I think a lot of people will find this album after colours - remixes has been released. Some of the remixers there, like Luke Chable and Shiloh are huge names in the progressive club scene.
Seb's solo effort Kooler is also going on strong gaining new support all the time.
Btw. I got a chance to play two of their tracks in the outdoor party in Russia, where the other music was really dark, noisy and straightforward. So I made my way into dj booth and put on Game & Watch and after that Harold & Maude from Kooler - album. The atmosphere changed immediately and I could see some joy and relief on the faces of the dancers and hangarounders. But my friends crashed me saying that I ruined the whole party by putting on non-pushing music! So I had to stop. Afterwards there was one girl coming to say to me that "i liked your trance". And other one came to say that "your trance was very good". I said that I only played two tracks and she replied "but they were the most wonderful tracks. I usually don't like slow trance but those tracks were amazing." So I told her that she'd been listening to Son Kite, which made her even happier.

agreed - this album, Kooler, and Blowfish are the ones that *always* get people to take notice when i play them out. it's all about the basslines and tribal elements IMO. |
