you can bring it into the mix without "hearing" a reverb, but when you muted it, something is missing.

That's what I'm looking for
I always hear this hissy noise with the reverbs I'm using and it bugs me.

don t use any in the highs and filter it too , it might help.. dont be afraid to hp your verb around 4000 maybe even lower..

Stupid me I never much considered this, but it's definitely the problem
Thanks for the detailed explanation.

The best reverb ever made is called Revibe, it's a stereo/5.1 reverb and sadly it works only in Pro Tools HD. To put it into Nectarios words, it pisses over everything else...           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

look like soon or later Ni will come with a full featured daw that will shit on the compettion for elecronic stuff.

a full featured daw with all their stufff.. modular routing ,electronic producers workflow oritend, as complex as it can be for geaks but also very noob friendly (i like this with ni , some of their stuff are extremely complex like the deepest part of reaktor, kontakt scripts... but a beginer will have fun using these soft too, their stuff is as complicated as you want it to be ). i would buy it for sure
