Everything from Ultimae...
btw, is it only me who find Ott, Shpongle, Shulman etc not Chill at all? Sure it's good music, but it's really not calm, chill-out music....           Ut ameris, amabilis esto.

shpongle - are you shpongled is certainly not calm. it can also be "a little unsettling"
tales of the inexpressible contains more relaxing tracks for me.           `Bottomless wonders spring from simple rules, which are repeated without end` Mandelbrot

Indeed stresss assasins Trip-. first album seems to fuzz up the mind and second one, i feel, has structures on a more reggae tip that makes me think slower. may be tunes are simple but intelligent enough to keep close attention but at the same time laid-back, cos it doesnt become too complex with loads of layers and rely on blatantly impressive stuff too excessively... and so the correspondin effetcs.
I like eeeaaasssseeee diiviissiiioooon (to borrow from a review) for sleeping, but usually following breathing activities for easement not necessarily for the breathing faculties...hehe..
other would be the chillosophy series, Jairamji, wabi on flying rhino, twelve on tip world, floatation, infinescence on interchill, mana medicine to just lie in bed, bill laswell and.. oh yes! Ooze- where the fields never end

Also,

Adham Shaikh and Tim Floyd - Drift (Adham Shaikh actually has 3 solo albums: Realignment, Journey to the Sun, and Essence. He was part of the Ekko - Centripetal album as well. All of these are great albums in their own ways and have an element of relaxation, but the Drift album with Tim Floyd is probably the most relaxing of them)

Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Vol. 2
Matt Coldrick - music* for a busy head
John Serrie - The Stargazer's Journey
David Parsons - Maitreya The Future Buddha
Phillip Western - Worlds End (Disc 2, parts 1 thru 21)

yessssss jairamiji ! is so blissful.. i use it during masage sessions and my clients always zone out deeply.

ISHQ - everything from this guy so beautiful... you dont even need to sleep. still waiting for more from him...

Steve Roach - Silent Watcher of Dark Matter
this and all steve roach is so thick and dreamy. he is known for sleep concerts, where everyone brings blankets and sleeps thru the 6+ hour live sets!
also vidna obmana, robert rich, and most DRONES!
unless they are too dark and NOisy!

mathias grassow! he has some very sleepy sounds...

BEL sound of THC is thick and deep like a stoney nap.

orb - adventures in ultraworld!

just hearing sounds of the ocean is nice as well.
or the breathing of a beautiful person next to you.

You might wanna try some old classics like pink floyd- animals or final cut.
Being mexican i would also recommend another mexican Jorge Reyes (he and Steve Roach have an album together, that I know of). Awesome dreamy music full of rich textures and prehispanic vibes.
Not only music for sleeping but for dreaming!!
