stu, you can hire a second sound system at studio 24 for an extra £100 or so and it is actually alright. i always prefered studio 24, security is the 'best' in edinburgh and it has that underground feel to it, more so than the venue which i believe is more clubby. you can't deny the sound system there is top notch though.
stu, when is the next party, if its on a weekend i will try and come up,

hi everyone!.
I've been checking this thread for a while. I went to the venue for the party in Feb. Probably saw some of you without knowing. Was it me or the speakers? they seemed to have fucked up slightly in my mind. As well as my mind though unrelated....
i went to studio 24 about 3 years ago and looking back i think it was smaller than the venue, but still had the feel to it as couple of people has pointed out. I'd love to hear the new sounds on new system though since the party i went to was pretty dissapointing. (not nuff people).
Keep it up indigitribe wit dem sweet sweet psychdelic swirls clicks booms chakas shukas chokas chikis pyokas kyokas and chyuwakas etc!

Aside from extra costs, the studios is a nice little venue, but the Venue is a perfect room for a trance party, size and shape, and the cooler is a great addition thrown into the deal! Your limited by the upstairs at studios - not nearly big enough to accomodate Indigitous, and the down stairs is too roomey. But for little parties, I agree Studios is worth a squirt.
We have not finalised the next party yet but loking at 17th April which is on a saturday as a good possibility but dont book any trains yet! |

Whoo! Scotland? Psy?!?! Man I was beginning to believe it was illeagal to play anything closely related to trance north of the border!!
