The cops aren't that bad but they are a lot worse than they use to be...Sydney scene is cool, I've lived here for 4 years now and have seen most of my favourite psy trance acts ever here...Let us know when u move to aust. Bainz and we can hook up and party together. Always looking for likeminded inderviduals |

I might be heading to Perth one day but i heard there arent any Psy Trance parties there, is that true? Is it just the South East and North East and Eastern coast of Aussie? |

Pretty much..
I used to live in Perth up until last year when I moved to Melbourne and till then I hardly knew what psytrance was.
The most popular electronic music in Perth is Drum n bass by far.
There is one group that I know of who do put on psytrance parties, but they are not often and I can't comment on the quality as I never was into psytrance in Perth.

Friends please let me know where are the good parties happening (in which part)
Does adelaide have parties ? and wht abt gold coast ?
Please help as i dont know the scene out there

the most stomping scene is in and around melbourne...
sydney follows a close 2nd i guess <artists, eevents etc... never been to a doof there myself>
sure u can find sumthin in the west too.. try oztrance.com & australiens.net to find ppl who r into this sorta behaviour

In Perth at the moment there is very limited amount of psy trance, but it is like a monster waiting to break out. One problem is inability to have any outdoor parties organised by small crews legally, always run into problems with the cops.
The only crew putting on regular parties (Namasca) seem to be very happy with this situations as they have a total monopoly on the scene.
But there are some new people trying to organise the parties (Omega Abstractions monthly parties are quite decent). www.oztrance.com is a good forum to get info on that. |
