Good party. I had a fantastic albeit very dirty/muddy time.

The drive was a bit of a challenge, but most people seemed to make it, especially the front wheel drive vehicles.
However this drive, makes me so glad i decided to get a AWD Subaru as my car. It took things like a champ, as well did the other 2 Sub's that went.
Any trancers looking for a new ride, i recomend getting a Subaru
(sorry for the add)

The party itself rocked, good tunrout, good energy, and fantastic music all night.

Everyone that played brought their A-game this weekend and it was fantastic
Benza, was great nice funky tunes, with some of the cleanest, killer sounds ive heard.
That and him being such an awsome and amazing person himself, made it even that much better.

The party was excellent. I had a great time. I enjoyed your set the most Bodhi. I really love that pacman track you got and all the other ones of yours, they sound so nice on that soundsystem. All the artists/dj's were good and the vibe was great. It was my first time at that location and it was so cool to have a house right next to the dancefloor. It had felt like we had made our own community of hippies for that short time. I really made allot of beautiful revelations with other people and everyone was great! I will allways remember that night that we all came through the mud together.

This party is one of those that you talk about for years. I have already gone around my mortgage company telling everyone about it. My truck still bears tons of mud and am not quite sure if I want to wash it off yet. SUV's are made for that kind of thing. Exactly why I bought too. I bought it because I go to parties. Just wasn't expecting to stay all night though.

Brought my buddy Steve whose company hosts our Psytribe website. He had the time of his life. Our wives work together and Seiko, my wife, came home and said that Steve told his wife how much fun he had. I am rather glad that the roads were bad because we were worried about driving back in the mud and getting stuck. We had promised to be back rather early but had a valid reason not to. We had a fun time driving back in the mud. At least we could see whether or not we would plung off the side if we went out of control.

Props to Mubali. First time to hear him and I danced my but off to his tracks. I really liked it.

Hydro rocked.

Boddhi, the juxtiposition track was sweet.

Bob-nice one.

I got to hear a few tracks from Benza then we had to bail.

Missed Gwyn, Paradigm, and Dropzone's sets which I am sure rocked.

Bodhi-thanks for the chance to open the party.

Can't wait for the next one bro!

Peace

All in all, I had a good time.

The mudclimb was a bit treacherous, though we took an Audi Quattro... whose traction control is pretty pissed at us. It was a bit scary when an SUV started to slide back down the road at about 10 mph at us without slowing, before making a sharp turn to avoid us and ending up in a ditch.

The temperature was enough to make my feet numb, even after dancing my ass off. Thank goodness for the "shack"

I got a chance to convert two vegetarians who are now hooked on psy, and I got to have a wonderful chat with Gwyn.

It took us an hour to get the mud off the car, and another three hours to get back to the SanFernando Valley area....

...but lets just say I am beyond glad I brought extra socks.

hey - although that was some of the best music I've ever heard at a
party, I regret ever promoting a party to my friends that turned out to be
such a dangerous situation. In the future I'll be more careful about
road conditions and other potential barriers to fun. This party made
Circle of Soggyness look like a cake walk!

The turning point for me was watching a F250 with four wheel drive
slide down towards me, just nearly missing my little toyota truck and going
of into a ditch, I'm still a little shaken up by the experience. I'm
also shocked at how the promoters handled the situation. They had ample
time to assess the road conditions and put a warning on the website,
change the location (hello, an outdoor party in the dead of winter at
5200 feet?!?), shuttle people in a safer vehicle, or just cancel the damn
thing. Safety shoud be the first concern when throwing a party. I am
truely sorry for those of you who sustained damage to you vehicles, and
luckily, as far as I know, everyone got out safely. Take care and I
promise to be more careful in choosing parties to invite you too - gwyn

Oh really?

The only dangerous situation was having you out at the party. You almost caused it to be cancelled by scaring everybody with your yelling and crying. Never again will I have you anywhere near any event I'm affiliated with. And I'm not the only one.

Community cooperation and generosity helped this gathering to be one of the best ever. That vibe was almost gone because of one person. At first I was very forgiving in coping with this. It seems that my generosity with this has been taken for granted in light of this post.

It doesn't really matter anyways. The party happened. Everything after will be dealt with.
