Apparently a few photo's of the upcoming Roland Jupiter-80 synth have been leaked out:

Here's how it sounds:

Let's hope this will be something to concur with the Virus TI synths.

I suspect another digital "performance" synth, like they did when they butchered the Juno name.
I see no knobs as well.

Peace out.

1. no knobs!
2. audio demo has nothing new or special
3. if digital, then it's a waste of money...
4. looks cheap like the new junos

adios roland :/           "no one ever sweats on a plug-in" -moby

It will be digital!
Going to suck I'm afraid.
Had a good laugh though reading all the comments at synthopia

You're missing the point.

Thing is, most synths that sell well are just performance synths for keyboardists, etc.
This is what it does. And it will probably be good at it.
So you're one of the "selected few" who wants analog psy stuff? Go get a moog.
