The party was definetly good for being the first party in DC. And i am glad the dance to trance is spreadin around the world and bringing people together. I just hope the next time i visit DC for a party, and if arrangements to keep the party goin till 6 cant be made, then the main artist should start playing earlier than 2:30.
My best wishes to trance culture in DC and around the US. However i wish someday i can feel the same vibe and energy at a party here in the US, that i feel in goa.

Believe me, so do we! This was an important night as it was proven that psytrance can and WILL get people dancing - hard. I don't think Jay will have a problem getting an entire night of goa goin' (ha, pun!) in the future.

Hope to see you at another DC trance party soon!

I actually have a meeting about that w/ the people who run the club night next Tuesday.

I'm going to try very hard to get it going all night.

You guys have got to come down to Australia to Earthcore. This party will blow your minds. In regards to Infected, personally knowing them, their talets are amazing definately the best in their genre. ive been to 4 shows down here and dont take drugs, They were recently here and probably played the same set. Their new music is much more melodic and all they are doing is keeping up with modern music so they can appeal to more people. It sucks that the clubs shutdown so early over their, as im coming their soon i know that I will just have to start my nights earlier rather than at like 1am. Catch you all soon

If you don't like infected's new style(starting with B.P. Empire style),then why on earth did you even bother to goto the show?

You should've known that they were only going to play mostly new stuff.

Makes no sense to me why you even bothered to go(you should've saved your money for the cpu/logic bomb show in NYC this july).

BTW, they had alot of HOT chicks there. I saw some oriental chick with a nice set of boobies when infected was playing(She had a white shirt on. She didn't look like she was from america). I would've liked to danced with her, but alas, she had a boyfriend .

That sucked ass right there.

Spectacular show. The trip from miami to DC was worth it.

First off...let me get this straight: i never said i didn't like infected's new stuff..its just not the same as it used to be. Besides, one of the main reasons i went for this was cuz i was told by a friend that their new stuff sounded a lot like the gathering. However, I think its crazy for them not to play anything from one of their best albums...and im sure there are many ppl that agree with me on this one. And as to why i went to this party...I happened to be in town and comin' from a city that has no psytrance (ATL), I wouldn't want to miss out on sucn as oppertunity! Sorry you couldn't get the "hot chick"...u might wanna try out a hip-hop club for that next time;)...           "Om is bow, the arrow is soul,

Good luck! From a party-goer's perspective, I can't imagine that they wouldn't give it a try. But then there are forces at work behind the scenes that I'm not always aware of. I will keep my fingers crossed!

I just wanted to let you know that this was not the first trance party in D.C., PsyTribe from Los Angeles had done the first party in D.C. in 1998 it was called cybernature 98 and featured Etnica,Darshan,Space Tribe, M.F.G. myself and 30 more DJ,s from other genres, like Sasha, Juan Atkins, Sandra Collins, Panacea and more, just making some history clear.

Very true! Psytribe was the first group to throw psytrance nights in dc.

Barakuda, do you have Alexi's contact info? I ran into him at the Infected show, but didn't get his phone number!
