Resurrecting "MUSE" in Chicago

Sup everybody,
I have seen more interest in the MUSE night that took place in Chicago on the list. We are thinking of starting up that night again, and are trying to gauge the level of support we can expect from any of you on this list or friends you might have in the Chicago area. It was great the first time around so we are excited about bringing back the night, it is definitely something missing from Chicago nightlife. Please feel free to PM or email me with your suggestions and thoughts about bringing back this much needed event.
As always, life is taking up much of our time so any leads on a venue, decor, lighting & more DJs would be greatly appreciated. It will be a communal effort that keeps the night happening, so any and all ideas are welcome. Both Dan Efex and myself have a deep appreciation for the music and the community that surrounds it so prepare yourselves for a night like nothing else in the city.

I was able to attend a MUSE party in February while visiting Chicago from Detroit. The vibe was very strong for such a small group. I would like to show my support for continued MUSE events even though it probably isn't likely that I'll make it back to many of them. |

Anything that Dan Efex is behind, I am too. Just had him out to play here in Iowa and was wonderful seeing him again ( and getting some great new CDs).

Yes!
I agree with you Ronin, and I couldn'nt have worded it better myself. With the interest on the lists of having muse again alongside the regulars who came out for muse, I can see it getting really good again!
Psytrance in Chicago is definitely missed!

Hey all,
Just a quick heads up... we are possibly looking into doing a Christmas time event but this is speculative. Any info on the venue that is being used on the 6th would be a huge help. If I remember it is some sort of artist community that allows people to use their loft or something. Hope everyone had a great time at MAGE and we will be in touch...
