Worst Part of the report:
"Look over there in the bathrooms. There's a young boy sniffing cocain in a litle box". Holy sh..the journalist doesn't know the diference between a vick and cocain...
Second one is the doctor saying that lsd is more addictive than alcohol and marijuana. Ok we all know that lsd is not harmless, but don't say that lsd is highly addictive because this is not true.
I believe this kind of report is just a shame. They can't separate things right. There's no problem saying that there is a lot of drug consumption in parties because it's true. But the problem is that they focus only the drug abuse part.
I don't see any reports on "lanca perfume" or alcohol abuse in axe music parties. And why no journalist shows what really happens in the "camarotes" during the carnivals of Rio and Salvador. We all know that alcohol comas as the the report boasts are more common in such places.
Again, drug abuse is a reality and I'm not that hypocrite to critize them for inform people about it. But to associate eletronic parties only and only with drugs that's not information. It's called sensationalism. And this's horrible.
Ps: and the owner of the f.. channel is right now stealing more money from humble people inside his churches.
Ps2: next sunday "Fantastico" will talk about ecstasy. Don't be surprised if the rhetoric is not that new. |

in face of all these things happening around raves, trance, drugs, this is what I think:
the image of it is in our hands, friends. let's show them we are responsible for our acts. let's spread love. let's respect the others. let's show them we are capable of changing things. let's help who needs help.
do not live like a hypocrite.
and maybe someday we will see some changes in society...

Why you can't believe it? It's nothing to be ashamed of, it's reality dude.
People act that way, looks like proud to be getting high with heavy shit, pills, sniffs... why do it on the dancefloor? There ARE cops undercover on parties researching the movement, they are maybe reading this, the orkut and every communication method we're in. Why woulnd't it happen?? It was a time bomb...

Besides the cocaine part, there was no lies or ignorance or bullshits, just the true. Drugs are free in the psychedelic trance world, we all know, most of us make use of it, so what's wrong? Globo already made a reportage on Celebra Brasil Festival, i can't remember the year and the same discussion came over, looks like a no ending cycle, same discussions about same subjects changing only the people who's on it and the time.

I dont agree wtih you barizon or with lucas...
Its not the problem that they showed drugs.. its the problem that they ONLY showed drugs... as if everybody goes there ONLY for drugs
did they show how there isnt ONE SINGLE FIGHT inspite of the many thousand people together? That doesnt happen in any of the so nice ´hip hop´ parties or even the Carnival which gives so much money to the media...
That´s the problem.. How biased they are...
If they were to talk about the drugs, and then talk about the music, show the fun people have, show the loving side too, etc etc, or show the drug parts of every other place (like carnival) then I wouldnt have a problem... but thats not what happens |
