a hint of the sample in the 3rd minute..and then a extended version in the 5th. 
Thats abt it. Tho nowadays a lotta artists murder the trax with their guitars . 
My fav wud be Skazi - Element. (just a perfect piece)

there are a lot of great tracks with guitars,
skazi - xtc
astrix - fire
astrix - coolio
talamasca - aries
1200mics - mescaline
etc.

1200 Mics - Mescaline is a great track in my opinion.. cheesy bla bla bla.. I dont care.. Its a roof lifter! And I also enjoy Xenomorph - Killer State alot. Its kinds stressful. But I love it

all here are right guitars in psy makes it even much more better. sure 1200 mics , but all ya forgot about S.U.N. PROJECT 
, they use a lot of gutars in theor treks and even released cd 'guitar traks' which is great.
but if you really great feeling ,you should here them performing live .they are really rocking ,and they know how to do it(in the begining they wre rock band).

Guitars in psytrance ... HELL YEAH!! Love those mad riffs on Skazi's tracks.
One album I would suggest for guitar on psy fans - : Four Carry Nuts - Mechanical Age. Its bound to blow you off. This one absolutely

I dont like guitars in psytrance at all. They can completely ruin the mood and makes me wanna leave the dancefloor instantly.

Usually I dont like guitars in psytrance... specially when it sounds like the guitar track has been layed right over... I dont mind tracks with guitars in it when the guitar sound is well merged into the other layers, and has some kind of effect on it to take away that heavy metal feel, and song like effect.
a really good track with guitar in it, imo, is
Trip Ship by Chromosome. and it almost 10 minutes long!
still, 9 times out of 10 I do not like guitar in trance

there are many bad guitars track and all the virtual vsti's of guitars are very cheep..
but if you doing it right it sound bomb!!
i just finish a track with a pro' guitarist
and my partner and it sound bomb very twisted alot of Art put in there...
you will here about the track...

I think that most tracks made with guitars really suck since the guitar-player really really suck, always the same straight rythm and bad guitar sound. but im gonna try to make a track with guitar to see if i can change this bad trend  |

I guess if it's done good it's not a problem.. there are a few tracks out there with guitars that sound great, take for example the tracks from Dark Soho's Combustion album.
Even so, guitars aren't really my thing... I'd rather not have them in tracks...

For me it's all about the artists creativity and ability. In most of the tracks I don't think it sounds so good though. But I can come with 2 examples of tracks where I love how the guitar is being used.
regular guitar: infected mushroom - bust a move
electric guitar: tim schuldt - search the salvation

There are sooo many tracks with guitars in it without you even noticing. So to say that you hate all guitars in psytrance is bullshit.. Because i bet lots of your "favourite" tracks contains in some way a aucoustic or electric guitar.. VST/Plugin or not..
