I think what we need is more tolerance and respect ... in all!!! (music, styles, consum, cd`s, artists, partys, locations, clothes)
... and maybe one more bungee jump in anjuna/goa!!! |

But to go to Goa just for bungee jumping is not nessesary... Just go to South Of France and you'll find great places for Bungee

I listen to trance for about 6 years now, and i must say, trance is far from dead to me.
True, this year a lot of bullshit was released, but for me it was also one of the best years in trance...
I was afraid trance would be dead about two years ago...but now i definetely think its on the right course...
I cannot agree with Elsium Project though, about sayng that its the same in the dancefloor if its your first party or your 100th party...That may be true in some very rare cases, but one must be extremelly open minded to let himself go and flow in the dancefloor on the very first party (or extremelly fucked with drugs...lol) Most people analyze trance a lot before accepting it...and then...click...BOOM!
Deebug, maybe trance is dying a bit for you...maybe i would take prOfane advice...im sure after some days/weeks without pum pum pum, you'll be dying to listen to some!:)

Bottom line... Psy trance is not dying...
It does not matter what your taste is, or who you are or how long you have been listening to psy.... there are more releases and more artists and more parties now than ever.... So deebug is wrong... sorry man, but it is the truth... That you dont like the truth is a totally different matter altogether....
And whoever said that the psy trance that is being released is coming from kids dl'g vsti's and smoking joints has to have absolutely no clue what it takes to make a good psy trance track...
The whole point is that yes, since there is more music out there, there will inevitably be more crap out there, it is only natural my friends... so dont be angry..
BUT, there is more CHOICE... Personally I listen to full on every day and I think when i hear a new track that gets me, it is an unbelievable feeling that I get... As with each and every type of music that I have ever heard, Im sure I'll get bored with it.. But I will wait for this to happen with open arms, and I will definitely not trash the scene as "dying" simply because I'm bored or dissatisfied...
And whoever has a problem with people making money and artists getting more money than before and having money to buy equipment or go out and buy fancy clothes or buy his girl a nice gift, you have no idea what it means to be a starving musician... Let these people earn their keep and be rewarded in whatever way they can... Let me put it to you this way, with popularity comes money... with money comes power.. and seeing the political situation that engulfs us in this world, there is no one, and I MEAN NO ONE in this world who I want to have more power than they have, as psy trance artists... I hope they can make more decisions that affect peoples lives, because they believe in the music, and so do I...
And whoever dissed YAHEL as some club producer better watch what he says... Yahel has released more tracks than ANY psytrance act except maybe 2 or 3... and experience is invaluable as a musician.. And if there is any musician out there worth your dollar, it is YAHEL... So WATCH IT, or there is going to be some furtniture moving around in this room!!!!

umm i don't give my respects away based on the amount how much music the artist has released.. you can release 20 shitty albums with 0 good tracks on 1 album with 10 fucking brilliant tracks.. then again it's only a matter of taste..

defi not dead - yes - more number of ppl joining the scene - so more music - so more worse tracks as well as more better tracks all comin in - will grow this way and - dont worry - every individual will buy only wats best for them - so keep it open and let it flow.
