because maybe that guy is also amazed by lewd, but also by this another album, and he wanted you to check it because maybe u'll feel nice listening it, pls look on the bright side  |

yes this topic should be like electro progressive almost indistiguishable from the club sound because now psyprog prosucers make electro progressive, which i have to say i like. |

Was that even progressive? I'd sooner fit that under 'minimal'. It's great stuff though, make no mistake. But saying Beat Bizarre was progressive during their 'Lewd' time is like saying Infected Mushroom makes killer psytrance nowadays. 
I like progressive the way it's going now. Labels like Spintwist deliver the german sound of things, which is more in the psy-realm than for example Iboga or Tribal Vision which are leaning more towards clubby sounds. I like both, so no problems for me. I only see the same whiners coming on who just like to whine whine and whine some more.
Want psy? Listen to Psykovsky's album. Want prog? Check out: Fitalic, Jaia, Son Kite etc. etc. there are so much examples of good stuff nowadays. And be frank, do you have the money to buy each and every release?? Just select carefully and have FUN!!

yes.......beat bizarre is progg..........it is also minimal......i LOVED THE LEWD album........what an incredible album.....
the confusion thats going on is more of a classifcation issue.......
many people conjugate the whole scene based on some of the music........
people hear some of the "lighter" side of prog.......the slower bpm's the housy rhythm it has and automatically classify all prog to this sound.
there are many types of prog.........the clubby housy prog, the techy prog, minimal prog all types of prog.
All it means is progressive.........that the track progresses.......you can find even some full on music that progresses as well......it is just the format of it........an example of full on prog for me would be some of andromeda's music.........minimal prog would be like bufo, sensient, beat bizarre..........tech prog would be like vaishiyas or freq.......melodic morning prog would be vibrasphere.......housy prog would be more like dnox and beckers.........
i suppose all im trying to say is that PROG psychedelic has a wide range and variety of styles....

I got a couple of old GOA album compilations. And I tell you, there's a lot of progressive
AND minimal
AND psychedelic trance music
on those releases. It's quit facinating
What would one say about this one?

Come on Magox, tech(no) bears little resemblance to Vaishiyas or Freq. Both those acts are far too hi fi in their sound, while tech is lofi.
Some atmos on the other hand.... or nuclear ramjet maybe, triac for sure.

boshke beats .. good stuff , but vast majority does sound clubby .. wich is not to say that its bad .. no sirr .. is good music .. but its stll clubby and non psy .. uhhh ..deja vu again

Well, I'm agree and disagree, the thing is that too many labels know that the people start to like the Proggy Club sound lately and for that reason they move forward into that style. I like how the progressive movement it's going now because we have to many labels to choice and support what we like, if you want that Clubby oriented progressive stuff we can support to TVR, SOG or Iboga as example or if you want really psy-minimal-progressive go definitively with Zenon Records, wants that German Psy-Progressive for sure your option it could be Spintwist or if you want that pumping israelien psy-progressive go to Domo and so on.
I am agree also because I miss that OLD Psy-Progressive school way and I few progressive tracks are too predictible nowadays, too "Ass Shakers" for me but I think the artists like Sensient, Bufo or Human Blue still producing a few of that real psy progressive gems with an old school way, we just need dig propely in the music we support
