Ishkur is a regular rave comedian... shouldn't be used as the reference guide for genres - he's way off on a lot of stuff imho.
Survey: is "butt rock" a genre of psytrance?

hey all,
dmitri, what you have said about the melodic aspect makes sense.....also about it being sort of constructive ,ie one knows what is going to be next, is another factor that i just love about it......because you can anticipate the climax of the melody and the rythm...and it just makes one dance harder! ah..what euphoria!!
ok, so i feel psy does have -ve undertones more often than not, at least the ones i have heard,........although once in a while there is this track that really blows your mind.....but they sure are elusive....
so its in search of such tracks that i am wandering here!
i'll get back to you fellas when i have heard some of your recommendations, many thanks!

Balistic can you provide better genre tree ? One more thing , i agree with Ishkur's tree so me regular rave comedian too , so why i need to listen to you if i do agree with Ishkur provided information even before i read it while you provide nothing but critics about commercial music ?
