Progressive was never gone.
Actually I consider 2004 the best year ever for progressive, with albums from artists like Son Kite, Kooler, BLT & Danni Makov, 12 Moons, Atmos, FREq etc. The list is almost endless.

Indeed
'Twin Coast Discovery' and 'Limelight' are two cd's I'm planning to buy... the sound is warm, groovy and fresh.
a progressive comeback? not really ...
I think digital structures and iboga (the genuine progressive suppliers)will have to team up with tribal vision, a label with very interesting selections and taste.
the more club oriented progressive is losing essence and becoming a bit lame...
the future needs more tribal trance, no doubt about it... more lush melodies, subtle hypnotising structures for smooth groovin' -> antix is right on time.

2005 is also not so bad for the prgressive genre...after all, not every year Tomer and Yoni (Yotopia) release album |

about these CDs, just heard demos on psyshop
Lime Light seems nice, common roster for these kind of CDs
Antix is boring as always but harder style though sound better than Lull
Freq(rmx)is surprising.

I didnt hear the demos at psyshop so I can't say anything about the Tribal Vision compi, but Antix I have, and it's very far from boring - different it is the right way to say it and FREq remix is not so surprising since it was released on compilation 4 months ago or so..
But it is all matter of taste so a little 'in my opinion' wont hurt anyone
imo

@ nolightatend
I dont recall myself saying I hate u, and if I did imply that even just little then I am sorry..
I found Antix stuff at least for Trance scene very non mainstreamed.. Soundwise it is very interesting and goes way to the direction of the Infusion dudes, that are far from Trance as Disco is far from Blues.. But then again everyone entitled for an opinion for sure
