some days ago i put my CD-player an energy shot named Prodigy and i am wonderin' if someone know what is goin' on with that leroy (the syth player if i dont mistake)?

they have a new album sometime, don't know any details .
but these days they write "songs".

ohhh gooood i love Prodigys super beats  cant get enought of Fat Of The land.
The Original Name of the Album would be The Land Of The Fat (we all know which land) but it didnt get approved or something

If i'm not mistaken it's "he fat of the land" and not the land of the fat.
To my opinion, they are talking of all the useless and narrow minded people that "take space" in this world.

As far i can remember Leroy wasnt a synth player , he was a dancer at prodigy.. Liam Howlett produced all these magical tunes that everybody have listened and enjoyed... Leroy has a project called Flightcrank.. Here are some new tracks which they played in live shows at summer 2001 :
Trigger : maxim and Keith on vocals
pianolines ,typical prodigy track
Nuclear : reminds sex pistols with maxim and keith vocals
Little Goblin: Downtempo
Babys got A temper ark beats with guitar and a sample from firestarter..
We do what we want : hard head banging beats with maxim on vocals
Their new album propably is named: 'Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned'
Is going to be darker than the previous ones..

it's called "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned" i'm pretty sure about it too,
Kieth is the dancer and one of the vocalists.
Leeroy is the guy that no one knows who he is .
everybody know only Liam , Kieth and Maxim
they also have a new guitar player .

I heard some of their new tunes from live recording and it sucks. I am a big Prodigy fan since the very beginning and i am verry sorry to inform you that Prodigy's music is irrelevant and anachronic. Their greatest success is behind them.
When i think about it, all the bands that were with prodigy in the BIG british electronic wave of the 90's are irrelevant now, bands such: Chemical Bros, Orbital, Underworld R.I.P, Fatboy Slim and even Faithless. I am so happy that i discovered the Trance music which is so much original and proggressing.

friend ninja,
i think you'll find a few (understatement) people in this country who would seriously disagree with you. (not me actually i find most of the stuff under discussion boring)
but these bands you call irrelevant are the mainstay of the english festival circuit and sell thousands of albums still. chemi bros just had a new album out last month i think
oh and orbital live are really amazing
the insides album is pretty psychedelic too

i am not negative but i hate to love a band who'se leader addicted to PS2 and not releasing anything for 4 years. He is so lazy. He just pisses on his fans.
Hope they'll get better though
