I'm watching week after week parties being closed, and it seems some of you don't learn.
Here are a few of my suggestions to beat the horror going on here:
1. Go through your phone list and make a serious cleaning in it. If you are not sure of somebody, erase him, don't take chances. Also, many of your old list may have changed their phones. Call the people, talk to them, see if it's still them.
2. Stop making such never ending line-ups. Basically all you need is 3 djs, maybe 4 at the most. Too many djs means more money you have to spend on djs, it means because you have to pay to so many djs, you will pay each of them less money. It also means each dj will ask for his amount of freebies, meaning less people will pay for the party - meaning less profit.
3. Stop giving away flyers at parties. Many people just leave them lying on the ground. Just to give you an example, today at the Doof party my friend was searched by cops, and they took from her bag a party flyer that was given to her previously at the party.
4. Make your parties in private places. Rent the place for the night. Don't do it in wild nature. Unless your party is up to 200 people, most probably cops will find it.
5. And most important - stop publishing parties on the net! Anybody can read it. You're making their life sooo easy.
And this applies also to regular ravers: stop showing off with informaiton you have and don't write details of parties. You know detals about a party? Excellent! Keep it to yourself and to people you know.
Organizers, if you continue the way you do now, the true underground scene will die.

i dont count myself as a party orgenizer... but i do have a long experience with orgenizing little events, and i still believe that its the best, coolst, cheepst and less problematic parties to thro.
as i said somewhere b4... ppl are still living in some stupid oforia that trance is still underground, well its not... for a long time.
so when orgenizers what underground parties from one hand, and as many ppl from the other hand... there are alot of reasons for the party to get fucked up.
about your post candy...
i totaly agree on the 3-4 dj`s per party, its more then enough and it`ll leave some space for the dj`s to realy express theirselves.
about the flyers, well.. i dont believe in flyers 
about renting a place, ammm...
dunno, its just too much $$$ and a big risk if the party wont have much croud.
im still for a little spot in the true nature with 150-250 ppl and a small sound system

yossi: we did an indoor improvisational party last weekend, organised in 3 days, 8 or 9 free dj's (local and one international). we where able to cover our costs with 2 euro entrance fees (visitors also had to bring a piece of fresh fruit), approx 100ppl came.

yeaa i think that both of u right that we must sotp living in oforia that tracne stell undergroung. . .but from my expiriance ppl love more nature party . . cuze in nature it's difrent felling. . u smoke what evar u what do what evar your mind tells u.
so this is the reason that ppl make nature party.
but i'm totaly agree that 3 dj's it's enogh for party.
cuzy siriosly 2 hours of dj set is not enogh . . . i think that dj set must be more than 2 hours.
and about publish the party in the net . . this is realy problem , u can't know who read this page's.
so pleace ppl be more carefuly about your move.
cuze it realy sad to hear that evry week few party was closed.

rik, its great.
but i was talking about outdoor parties, so did raver girl i believe.
i never did an indoor party and im not sure i wanna make one in the future, so i have no idea about the costs of renting a club or some closed place here in israel.
but i do know that renting an outdoor space can cost alot.
im not sure it worth it.

I think that the location is the key !!!
Party organizers should work really hard on this issue.
As you remember, the Twins parties - more than thousand ppl, not busted.

cyber... that was the exsample i wanted to give - Twins parties....
the location is the key...
most of the solutions that RaverGirl just gave are not just to control the croud! they will save you (the organizers) and us (the diggers) lots of money!!!
lets not get to the situation that there will be more Djs then croud in one party...
and the flyers... you want a little "control" about whos gonna come to your party?
whats worth a flyer in a hand of a cop wich basted the last one?
about the "undergroung oforia"...
i agree with what you are saying and it will never be like it was but what about make things better?
i dont know if small parties in a rent place is the solution cause i love our amazing nature... why to give up on such a thing?

Yes, but i think that what ravergirl wrote can't be applied to all scenes, because here in Croatia you have to pay for the licence for outdoor party(around 300 euro), and when you have it, you are legally in that part of the forest with legal party.
And if pigs do show up, they can only search you, but they cannot close down the party, and they never did (so far).
And getting this licence is really easy, just pay and you get it. You dont have to do any extra stuff.
But, if you're making a illegal party, then when pigs come, they have the right by our law to take everythig from you (soundsystem, turntables, cds even your records).
That's why we always do it legally, and nev er have any problems.
I know its different in Israel, but I just wanted to show whats the situation here, in Croatia.

Indoor - you can rent a club for a party.
Outdoor - you can pay money to the land owner for example in a farm or smth like this. But if you want to make a party in a forest or in the desert, I have no idea what shoud be done to make it "legal".
