What do you prefer today? Israeli trance like it is today in our scene or maybe trance from other countries?
There is an obvious difference between different country scenes in trance...
Back in 96-97 I adored israeli trance scene - I was proud and I felt that nothing else brings me more emotions. But that's goa trance right?
Today I prefer only UK trance scene which is the only one who developed psychedelic trance and stayed true to the values I think must be in trance music.
About israeli trance scene - I don't have anyone in my mind right now who can wipe off the black spot our trance scene has on. Maybe few artists who are trying to be non israeli type, though they don't have israeli sound anymore. So that's not the idea.
what do u think about this?
I'm talking about our miserable fullon cloning and Europe-Sound-Wannabe cloning.

i was obsessed with israeli trance when i was hearing
very old stuff from the years 94-99
(when i was a beginner in trance) and i was so proud of our country..
today im begining to like more ambient stuff like shpongle because it's the only thing that moves the mind this days =]
israeli trance wil NEVER be what it was to me and i believe for many other ppl as well

i think there are alot of israeli artists that create fresh, unusual and quality music.
i don't care about nationality, only music. and alot of great music is coming from israel. (i'm not talking about personal taste)

i think that the Israeli Trance Today is getting better and better, and most of the DJ's around the world playing a lots of Israeli Stuff.
i dont think at all that Israeli artists cloning Europe....i think maybe the other way.

well, when I play a set it hardly contains any Israeli music in it, but that's my taste, and also my way of expossing the Israeli crowd to other styles of psy. but to say that our scene is going down...or that our artists are not creative is a bit out of line IMO...I still like and respect many of the Israeli artists, and Asi is right, many dj's from all over the planet play alot of Israeli music in their sets, and ppl all over enjoy it very much!!

I allso thinke that israeli trance is getting better,
it just that today every budy doing music ,so
some times we are experiment to tohse music as a
spectetors,and i am not shure that we need to conect
ower mental sitoation (as agrow ppl)on the trance
csean to the qulety of the music today in isreal,
beacouse you can hear alot ppl sayes that the music thean was better then today.(bolex)
I thinke that the music then was very good and the music today is very good white more option.

Did I say the scene is going down ? I said the scene is allready deep deep down.
and the fact that it is played all over the world doesn't change the fact that you can almost perfectly guess what's going to be on the next israeli compilation.
I wonder what creative sound you people are talking about - it's very interesting if you give me some creative names with israeli style.

pretty easy:
cosma, sub6, violet vision, pps project, echoteck, platform, infected mushroom, pixel, domestic, cosmic tone, lish and alot more.
non of them fit the "typical" israeli full on music, and definatly not trying to clone europe.

trip, this is where we disagree. i don't think that those artists try to copy europe. of course there are influnces from music around the world since trance is international, but it's the same as european artists are influnced by israeli music.
