what are u talking about? this guy is a close friend of mine (if we r talking about the same Alster..), and he never made any tracks in his life so far...only dj for now...
and also Astrix & Alien Project is the most "typical" israeli style u can find...check out the topic before u post such things...boom!!

The thing is not about quantity of artists.
If there are 100 original artists but no one hears about them, and 5 mainstead that recycle the same thing all over again, what do you expect?
Same goes for GMS and the rest of the euro full-onists.
It's not only Israel, it's the entire world..

about Alien project&astrix ,we are not talking
about "typical" artist or not ,we are talking about
Israeli artist musicen,and beafore thy became
mainstead thy have not recycle the same thing.
so i think that this is kind of the way that artist go's,
till they fined new musical stuff.

Mayes, we are talking about the current situation not about what artists been at their beginings.
And it's not only alien project or astrix, it's much more - I just don't want to start giving a list... If you would look a bit deeper and not stay above the shallow water, you'd all be more specific and less general. I appreciate the honest answers though.

just a private note, as someone who listens to all genres and origin of trance I can tell you that we have a lot of untypical artists here but I dont want to get into this argument |

I don't think that israeli trance is getting to european by the countrary, i think the european trance is becoming israeli! In this litle country in the point of europe, we just listen french, israeli, german and portuguese stuff (in most cases). to be honest i dont like any UK artist i think they are very different in the UK. they go more electro techno i dont know! i prefer ambient style of music and i believe that the israeli scene is groing up a lot int that style even if it is in a european style!  |
