In addition to what I have added to the Aura thread, I'd like to bump this one too, for the benefit of Ghreg, Overmind Works, etc. I am not representing them, may not in fact be playing at this event (we'll see), and will offer them whatever distance and creative space that they need from me to make this a success. I have apparently done way too much already, and am trying to do as little as possible to hurt Overmind Works' reputation, and improve that reputation, even if it means severing all ties with them. I think I have done enough already and taught people enough things that Overmind Works or anyone else I work with can be self-sufficient.

this is about 6.5 hours from where i live. considering doing this back to back with the psytribe psychedelic freakshow on 10-28. if anybody can extend hospitality following this party i would be much obliged  just a spot to roll out a sleeping bag & take a shower before driving back to los angeles. i would be happy to reciprocate the kindness if anyone is heading to la for freakshow or anytime. pm me please & thank you!

see, thats what I WOULD be saying if I hadn't seen you after driving BACK to the Ranch from Angel's Camp AFTER a Goa Gil party (10 hours of driving at least) and still ready to party at the after-event of Illumination/DeviantSpecies.

why don't you just fly? LA - Phoenix flights can't be expensive, maybe slightly more than gas costs.. and save you at least 10 hours of driving.
ps - actually, just $125 roundtrip on kayak.com ..it's just another party.. |

yes, psycore, i am delightfully mad. the combinantion of sleep deprivation & pure passion is both thrilling & exhausting. thankfully i am recharging as i continue to go, go, go...
thanks for the suggestion, Dima. i will definitely consider flying if i do not round up a beautiful partner in crime, or two, for a drive through the desert.

Karo, I'm going too! Perhaps we can stay at my dad's - Peoria is only 20 minutes from Phoenix. I'd feel guilty going to AZ and not seeing family. |
