Brilliant stuff ! When I heard the album sometimes it reminds me earlys Infected 'shrooms, but Nystagmus is original 4 sure. The track about a boy who took lsd is humouristic, I like it a lot ;-)

i would for sure not call nystagmus release just "melodic", it's completely confusing or reducing, and has nothing to do with mainstream melodic psy (wich i like the most!!! for exemple silicon issness-inside my head)
his sound may recall a little bit old goa trance (the synths remind me a lot the muses rapt-and the sensitives will be kings), and it's snce long i don't hear such good and original sound.
it has a dark side perfectly fitted into light and bright melodics, pumping basses, i would call this the next step of psy music that is kinda bending with the past old goa sound.
don't misunderstand me, nothing to do with that shit called dark psy, that's real dark: making your hairs stand up on your arms your neck and back, like feeling a mysterious breath on your neck
the overall feeling is that you're breathing fresh thin air brought to you by some mysterious wind, the mindscapes are wide like floating in space though through the whole album there's a sense of urge and the feeling like the revelation of a heartshaking mistery is next .
an irresistible flow of psychedelia through your body and mind takes you off on a romantic/epic journey through bizarre, attractive soulscapes
so people, it's a must!!!! go steal it in the shops
compliments mister gillard, if it's true that you now make only chill i'm very disappointed

maybe a month too late,
but i have to mention it here.
did a couple mixes for HAlloween with nystagmus tunes that i am really proud of. well for a DJ nailing that tough mix makes u proud, maybe not as proud as making the tracks tho!
