I think this goes beyond 'DJ exchange' - it's about collaboration between different regions and scenes.           ..it's just another party..

ha ha

actually I am talking about more collaborative regional projects - combining forces to organize festivals, including music, deco, transportation packages, pitching in to fly out artists, supporting US-based artists, etc etc - forming a general network of support. DJ exchange is just a part of it..
          ..it's just another party..

I think Paradigm said it best... 'we're just trying to connect the dots...'

Unfortunately because of circumstances out of everyone's control, I never got the chance to meet the Wichdokta, who was quite instrumental in making this party happen...So a very big thank you to Rich and I hope someday I can hear one of his insane 6 hr marathon sets Thanks to everyone else who helped to make this party a success...when the weather got crazy, I still had no doubts these guys would work something out. Many thanks to Paradigm, Spook, Random, Chromatone, Billy, and Josie...it was so great to meet all of you!!!! BSM, Kri, Kaiser Soze & Dragon (woohooo)....spending new years with you guys rocked! My biggest disappointment was that I came and left San Fran and I still haven't heard Mubali play!!! Pictures anyone???           ~gOa ist nicht nur musik sondern auch eine lebenseinstellung~

so lets use Powwow East and West coast events as way mark on how the progress of the INTER - National USA Psy posses are doing. We have successfully pulled off some impressive cross country collaborations. Lets have this new year continue this momentum that the TOUCH SAMADHI and PHOENIX FAMILY collectives have begun! I urge all of you promoters and collectives to keep up the good work and stretch to include one guest from the american continents for every event. Even if it means coughing up the airplane ticket up front... I ll bet there is many talented djs willing to fly them selves in for an event. lets start using this thread to organize this effort of cross polly nation... Also Hats off to THEO in NYC for making this his quest as well... 28th day Productions rock!!

This sort of collaboration and networking is exactly what inspired me to travel more and attempt to reach out to others in the psytrance community... It's wonderful to see such thoughts echoed here.

We'll have to change that soon. I missed you in Austin. Take care!           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.
