how come nostalgia is so powerfull?
Hmm.... it brings back flashbacks from the parties where you firt heard the track, you are able to picture yourself again in that situation, when you were young and had the strengh to dig real hard,
it was your dance floor at the time,
and you remember the old days, wonderfull episodes in tracks that bring you back in time,
this little knowlage inside your brain cells remember's quit well who you really are 
and for your second question:
for me the nostalgia that brings me back on track, and reminds me where I came from is
pantera- fuck'n hostile
pantera- strengh beyond strengh
pantera- living through me
pantera- suacide note part 1,2
pantera- this love,
pantera- cowboys from hell, cemetary gates
pantera- becoming
we're taking over this town!!
