I bought the Lead2x it havent arrived yet...

it was in showcase of a store, its brandly new and 20% cheaper...

I knew the filteria video, it was this video who made me want a JP

but for me, using slider for cutoff, having not space for it in my tablet,to heavy to take to places, and supersaw is alot used by many artists, such filteria, i alredy do some Saw fast leads as him in my tracks i dont want to be the same sound....

Lead is thin, small, light weight, i will take it to my live act when i do it!

the problem is what i heard about filter resonance, they say you cant bring in up more then 50% or will sound bad and thin....well what u guys can say?

i will be limited in my sound with the bad resonance?i use reso modulation for some fx, that sounds like digital sweeps soo i think i will not bother about digital sounding of resonance, and mostly GOA leads only use at max 50% of Reso...maybe is fine what u guys says?

Im loving Nord demos, its very sharp,raw,rustic,powerfull...

and if Pleadians made many stuff for IFO with it, another great point!

The rest, my vst will keep doing a fine job...

awesome synth, beautifull, but i must to explore it alot...patch banks sucks....

the problem is im using headphones, i dont have and cant use at home monitors, so when i use distortion it craps the quality alot on the headphones...

i will test vst overdrive, cause vst leads with overdrive on my headphones always sounded good...

yeeyyy lets see what i can make with this red beast           https://soundcloud.com/ancientaliengoa

Whilst the NL 2X is clean, the NL1 is a gritty aggressive sounding beast. I know so cause I've had them both and bought the NL1 because it sounds dirty and aggressive.

some leads can be clean, but mostly in mono is very dirty and raw, very cool for goa trance           https://soundcloud.com/ancientaliengoa

Nord Lead2x for me....getting one hopefully still this month.

I never liked it very much (or made and effort to fully understand) the Roland's "workflow".
