I've never heard the first album, so will have nothing to compare it to. Might ask Gio to send me a copy if he thinks it would be a good reference.
It should arrive Thursday or Friday, according to the man himself. I'll not be giving any details away, as that's really not my call or style! 
I always work really closely with Gio, as he's a total stickler for fine detail, high sound quality, and loads of dynamics, so I am sure the wait will be worth it!

The first album/EP for me is still one of the most minimal but psychedelic world fusion releases to date. Nothing else sounds like it and nothing ever will.
I'm not sure any copies exits though I'm sure Gio has all the files. Mine is kept very safe as is all my Dakini releases. I almost have the entire label discography.
I'm just not willing to pay the ridiculous amounts for the Qued-Sanati & Kindred Spirits albums unless it would be Gio selling it to me, so I know the money goes to him.
Good luck with mastering, going by Makyo's last release it'll be perfect

As far as I know that's their only other EP/album.
There was a single track out out or like a cd single thing but its impossible to find.

Dakini announced they got the test pressing's back on Facebook & all is good to go. Also said this is an extremely limited release.
