New concept for Festivals: an idea worth pondering

First of all, I'd like to say: Brilliant idea!! This opens up a whole new level of creativity to explore.
Brilliant as it may be, there are indeed a few touchy subjects to be addressed. Thanks to the media it seems as if any kid related get together is magnet for perverts. This of course would be the first thought of any rational parent. How to overcome something like this? Maybe increased security during the minidisco (or should I say, minirave?), or perhaps just reminding the parents of the most obvious and logical solution: They're your responsibility, you keep them safe!
As for the drugs....... I don't know about you guys, but when I'm at festival and enjoying my cocktail of chemical and herbs, I'm about the happiest person on this planet.
Its not just me, every goa festival I've been to seems to attract the kindest, most generous and considerate people I've ever met in one place. Is it not true that when you got a real wild (and heavily drugged)dancer in the midst, he/she will eventually bump into someone? And is it not true that 9 times out of 10 that person will immediatley apologize and offer a smile to the person they've bumped into? People are not as bad as they are made out to be.
Now onto the positive aspects of a project like this. Parents and kids having fun together....the benefits there are pretty obvious. Expanding the minds of children in an artistic and creative way. Money? If each vendor located at the festival were to add one psy-thing made for children they could increase they're profit a bit. (McDonal'd isn't the biggest fastfood chain in the world for nothing.) As for the idea of musicians making a softer, more fun and humorous track for the kids is not so far fetched. You can't tell me that none of the Gods of Goa have any children, wouldn't they also like to use there skills to make something their own child could enjoy?
I feel that this is an idea worth exploring, I hope that someone with a bit of pull in festival organization will one day make use of your idea.

school is closed during the summer...at leasts here in Croatia...
otherwise it's a nice idea but because there are certain things that do not fit in well with kids they should be given special attention
one thing I want to add is that a friend of mine has a shop selling poi, devilsticks, kites etc and from what I understand his biggest customers are kids...yet you will find a lot of trancers here check the shop for new info...so there is a nice connection to it...in any case something well worth a try
